  • Hardness problem caused by PE ?

    Hello guys so i am doing jelqing strecthing and kegels not following a routine but randomly and it seems now that i have overdid it.
    I did last week about 4-5 days in a row the exercises,i think perfectly executed, then i had sex with my gf (at resting week) and the first days my EQ was ok but suddenly one day i wasnt enable to penetrate because my penis was at a 70% maximum hardness and difficulty to keep it erected.
    The next day the same.
    Think i lost my hardness,somehow..
    I am pretty sure something is going on.
    Any thoughts ?

    Did you include reverse kegels with the kegels?

      I have never ever done reverse kegels before and probably that is why i had this problem i guess.
      After researching i think my pelvic needs to be balanced with some reverse kegels..actually i did like 100 reverse and i already feel better.

        So i did some reverse kegels like pegasus mentioned but still...

        1)I am not able to get a 100% erection
        2)Not able to "hold" an erection
        3)I have no morning boners

        I am starting to freaking out.

        Any suggestions ?
        Maybe i should stop fapping and watching porn ?

            Also, exercise. Cardio, stretching, etc.

              Yes i will but i think the problem won't fix with exercise.I think is somewhere else located..i always had hard rock erections and now i cant go over 80% and maintain it for over 2 seconds..

                I always go for a holistic approach. Try to fix the problem from a number of different angles.
                Exercise, kegels and reverse kegels. Try some edging. Look at if your diet has changed. Are you getting enough sleep? Etc.

                  You are freaking out after a day or 2.

                  Might i suggest a weeks rest then requamine your training methodology.

                    This is the greatest advice.
                    I am already feeling better at day 3 i had a fully hard erection but still no morning boners (guess that is the psychological part),i think the reverse kegel worked out and possibly the mixture of resting with doing kegels is the way to go up 💪
