    Hello. You all know me as a guy who for years suffered many injuries. Iam here now after almost 6 years of reading trying and performing everything possible.
    Hard flaccid is not always an issue caused by abnormalities directly to the penis issue. Its your body telling you that a specific area can be damaged-out of balance.

    Hard flaccid is a group of problems. And i know many guys here who are trying so many things and they never seem to get rid of it.
    I was accually one of those guys. I read so many posts. From a guy who healed hf from water fasting and meditation, and many more.
    What i understood is that constant worring and muscle and bloodflow inbalances will cause problems and hard flaccid. I went to a pelvic floor physio . I did the treatment and it was basicly pressure points mainly inside the buttlocks , coccyx muslces lower abdomen gludes and specific muscles in the leg. I found relief and i noticed that i could have more sex without my muslces getting sore , that didnt last long to be honest. The thing that many people forget to realise is that killing the ants wont actually kill the queen.

    Its changing your way of life that changes things. And its not a chore. When i say a chore i mean doing countless streching and yoga .

    Anyway enough talking. How i managed to see great improvements.

    1) Exercise. Find a sport that you like . i was doing kick boxing. It had streches it had everything. Dont overdoit EVER. People with poor cardiovascular issues will have less blood going there. So more likely they will have symptoms of hardflaccid and poor erection quality

    2) Abb vacums. . They target a specific abb muscle mainly in the lower abs that in most people is pretty undeveloped.

    3) Angion method 1.0 3.0 mostly the first one had a great impact I know janus got banned here. Iam only trying to help people that are depressed and need help. Basicly by improving bloodflow to your penis without the stress that jelqing has. Its a great way.

    4) Mindfullness. Accually Hans wrote that on his threat a few years back. Mindfullness and meditation can get the tension of you thus youre tensed muslces. The muscles get tensed because they are trying to protect you over youre obsessions because they think that youre in danger. When youre in a fight or flight situation youre muscles will tense and remain tensed till threat is over. Constant worrying and obsession will cronicly tense your muscles and put you out of balance.     5)( very importand ) Posture. So people who have weak and tensed abdomen, glutes , hamstrings can develop APT ( Anterior pelvic tilt ) That is one of the reasons hard flaccid appears. A very good way to identify what muscles are weak and tensed is to do a simple test that i found. Go to the mirror and look at your self sideways, if you have APT you will notice how your lower back goes in,you stomach bloats etc. Try to completely straighten your lower back, as you wouldnt have ATP. Notice what muscles you have to train.

    6) Kegels. Yep. When you learn how the mind can harm you and fix it you can start reconditioning your pelvic floor. Kegels will streangthen you pelvic floor and hard flaccid will dissapear. Its reccomended to first take care of the mascular issues. Start slow and you will see results as me and and other members did. I managed to heal my pelvic floor with positive thinking and kegels. It hurted abit the first day but the pain went away and my pelvic floor is stonger, most importand is that i can sit without feeling burned there.

    7) strengthen your core muscles,glutes and hamstrings ( VERY IMPORTANT ) leg raises planks etc. Dedicate your self and learn about your core. your abs and your lower back. People who are stong there dont have hard flaccid. ( see step number 7 )

    8) breathe correctly. You breathe using your diaphragm not your chest, if you are a shallow breather fix it.

    9) Dont sit to much. And if you too be in a good physical condition. Workout.

    Those things are not to do in a line. Some peope here might need to do one of em. Others more.
    Hard flaccid is not only muscles. It can also be cause by someone who has low T and undiveloped muscles. Seen those ripped guys with full fat flaccids? I wonder why.


    If you have questions iam open to hear them. Most people give this so much attention. Even their names are like HF recovering their subconcious brain will always see hard flacid. Your goal is to work on your self while having a positive mind. And there are many techniques to do so. Feel good guys every problem is a challenge you can do it dont stress, there is so much more shit in this world to worry about this.

    Our ancestors started emerging arounf 6-7 million years ago, so much before homo sapiens. From then our species have developed some basic survival insincts, the reptilian brain has 3 basic elements. Fight flight freeze. When youre stressed about anything contantly your brain thinks its in danger. When you think youre in danger blood goes to the limbs , genitals shrink and protect themselves, mucles do the same,they get weaker because they are in protective state most of the time, they shrink and you see the symptoms. Ofcourse the problem can be physical and with the right mindset WILL BE FIXED 100%. Everything i wrote is true and will help you and heal you. Its up to you.     to sum it up
    1)Cure your APT ( Anterior pelvic tilt )

    2) strenghten the muscles that are tight and hurt. ( no need for intense trigger points and pain )

    3) restrenghen your pelvic floor by doing light kegels that focus the IC.

    4) Imagine you dont have hard flaccid, stop being anxious all the time.

      All of my injuries are on my previous threads. Basicly what cause it was over kegeling and cronic anxiety.

        My main advice since I have HF which comes and goes

        1) Don't masturbate and if you do, keep it minimal (this is why mine came back)
        2) Deep breathing excersises, the stomach should rise as you inhale
        3) Don't think about hard flaccid

            What people need to understand is that HF and pelvic tension are completely treatable, panicking about it though will increase increase anxiety and therefore tension which just adds to the issue. I know it's easier said than done to keep calm about it though.

                  Breathing with belly going up is the correct way. Ive see it in MMA fighters when they breathe its from there. Incecure people about their weight or in general body, will tend to breathe with their chest.

                      I officially healed hard flaccid. Even if it comes back ill shove that mothefucker to the ground again.

                      Note : i had Hard flaccid since 2015.

                            I too have practically beat this, it only really flares up when I'm stressed about upcoming sex (I have performance anxiety) and occasionally whilst stood up.
