  • Should I practice Jelqing with an ED?

    Hello !

    So it's been month and 1/2 since I started Nofap (still edging but no porn no ejaculation)
    And I've seen that my erections got better and could finally last longer at bed.

    But, there's 2 weeks, I started JP90's routine and I noticed that I did have less morning woods and struggled to get erect when I masturbated (especially when I stand up)

    I also noticed that my pelvic floor has become tense (kegel during sex and kegel when I watched porn also kegel when I did the routine)

    So should I continue to jelq, stop kegel and focus on reverse kegel, relaxation and stretches ? Or should I stop everything and focus only on reverse kegel etc... ?

        omg mulisa5017 u have a same problem like me. i dont know why i can get the erection easy if i dont do PE but when i do PE(warm up, stretching) then i do JELQ its really hardly to get erection specially when i stand up( easier when i lie dow )

          Generally speaking, feel free to experiment, and keep doing reading & research. Keep a log, so as things change, you can keep track of what things work.

            Lol exactly, I wonder if it is PIED or an ED caused by an unbalanced pelvic floor

                "I had the same problem. Well, I fixed it (around 1 month of constant work).

                I am very athletic, so I cannot contribute to this problem to physical limits. I also have excellent morning erections, and sitting/laying down. I believe, as well, that my problem was caused from masterbating too much sitting down, and never standing up. I would stand up, and it would die.

                Well, here was my training:

                I would masterbate until very close to orgasm, and when I feel I'm a few seconds away, I would stand up and finish off standing up. This was to teach my brain to associate standing up as a good thing.

                After a week or so of this (once or twice a day), I would stand up half a minute before orgasm, and finish off. Erection might get a bit weaker, but I'd keep going.

                I gradually built up to being able to fully masterbate standing up. Now, I have ZERO problems. The trick is to SLOWLY get your brain accustomed to associating standing up to be something enjoyable and possitive, not negative. Hope that helped."
                i did it yesterday and it was really helpful. when you jerk your penis try to attention use IMAGINATION.
