I cured my ED with Vascion + Oscillation
This is it, this is the thread I've been wanting to write for years.
I've had mildly severe ED since 2011 and things weren't enough good before that either.
My sexual confidence was in ruin I was literally asexual for nearly a decade, I've gone through horrible times of depression and emptiness.

I've tried so many things over the recent years and nothing had a long lasting significant effect.
I've started it around 22nd May (not March, I initially wrote March, my mistake), I felt slight improvement after a few days, even more improvement after weeks and one month in I feel like my penis is as healthy as in my mid teens. I can't even believe it .
I wanted to wait a month to post the results, I've had so many hopes and fails before.
What I've found most beneficial is 10 - 15 minutes of Vascion, medium speed, then a few minutes of oscillation. The oscillator method really makes a difference.
I do this session almost every day, it's fun, I skip a day a week, I haven't really worked out what works the best yet.
The results in one month are :
My penis can become and stay rock hard rigid for very long with minimal stimulation . No leaking and deflation.
My libido is generally better, I get semi erections if I see some nice dresses and cleavages walking .
My morning wood is delayed, not automatic, I need to think of something hot, but I feel like I have regained connection to my penis.
I do notice nocturnal erections, I don't notice it every night, but it became way more common .
These methods Janus came up with may not be able to help with all ED problems, but it definitely worth a try for anyone having ED problems.
It won't cost you anything but a bottle of lubricant to do the exercises with.
Addition to the thread a few weeks later, the angion method 3.0 plus the following works for me the best :
For pelvic floor muscle relaxation I started using a diluted solution of lemon grass oil and lavender. Don't put these undiluted onto skin and don't swallow it, I see people doing it and it's harmful. Dilution must be around 15% essential oils 85% solvent (baby oil for example)
