    So I've been in relationship with my girl 5 years and she is extra hot, big tits, big ass, pretty face... So just for background I have Pre EJ, but I "fixed it" many times but I have never ever experienced ED or that I can't get up when I was with her. First time I experienced that I couldn't get up on her was when we smoked weed and I was giving her sex suprise (foreplay with dildo, butt plug, oral sex..) and it was really sexy all of it but I couldn't get up just by doing that/looking at her enjoying and listening her moan.     Its very likely all in your head in my opinion. Just relax remember that its your girlfriend of 5 years and try to recall all the nice sexual experiences that you two have had together and how many times you have actually gotten it up instead of thinking of how this one time out of hundreds you were not able to get an erection. Just relax a bit and its 99% going to work out. Also try to cut the porn use i suppose.

      What is with my penis? I was doing before vacation stamina program(yoga stretching, kegels, bathmate, edging/edging with flaslight, glans pushing) and I got alot better EQ + I was lasting longer. Now after vacation 3 weeks of no training just ocassional kegels and mastrubating to porn -.- I'm having hard time to get erected + it is not EQ like it was when I was training, I can't even get hard with my GF. My penis feels numb and I can't maintain erection when standing if I get hard.

        My questions are: 1. Can it be that my PF got so tight I can't get up and maintain erection, so I need to add yoga stretcihng + tennis ball massage?
        2. How to train maintaining erection in standing position?

        What I started to do: Trying to get erected just by mastrubating without porn/erected thoughts and then after it edging (how much to edge per day once or twice and how much time, more than 20 min?) + yoga stretching.

              What you describe sounds like acute performance anxiety. You must learn to relax and avoid correlating the idea of sexual contact with pressured performance!

                you remind me of master Yoda, you have wisdom and the perfect answers. This is something I must work on. Work on, I am. =-)

                Theres a book called the inner game of stress and theres something in there called PLE. Performance, Learning and Enjoyment. Esp in our western culture many people focus only on performance, when you stop focusing on performance as the only thing and equally focus on learning, enjoyment, and performance, this has helped me.
