To open I'd like to say lack of sleep, being overweight, and inconsistent sex affects this but...
I feel like I have better eq when I allow myself to watch some porn or look at hot chicks on instagram and masterbate 3-4 times a week. I do have morning wood when my sleep is good but if i don't do the above things I have weak erections. Any help with this? Thanks.
