New to the forums and I've been struggling with ED and PE for as long as I can remember. Im in my late twenties, and recently ended my previous relationship a few weeks ago which i've heavily relied on daily cialis pills. At the very end I attempted to have sex without the pill, and while i got semi hard it was very difficult to insert. I did not lose my virginity until my mid twenties and have had issues since day 1. This was one of the big reasons my previous relationship failed, and I cannot have this ruining any future relationships to come. I have not had consistent morning wood since early high school, and honestly don't think I have been getting hard at night either as I am a light sleeper and have only maybe woken up a handful of times over the past decade to a weak erection.
I have since started a workout routine of 3x a week, 1 hr of intense cardio (running, kickboxing/boxing classes), no porn or masturbation (not sure if nofap is looked down on here) and attempting Minuteman's Kegel routine as described exactly. https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...tml#post496995
The lack of libido and urge is soul crushing. In the past 21 days since I have started I have only have tiny urges and on a single occasion a very weak MW which may have been attributed to a ton of zinc i took the night before. I am now experimenting with this to see if this will help give me back occasional MW.
T levels and prolactin/hormal levels were fine when I went to the Urologist. The only thing they mentioned I had was a birth defect called Chordee, and surgery would help fix straightening of the penis but told me it would do little to help with the bloodflow. I cannot get hard with touch alone, and even with porn when i was watching it I could only get an EQ of about a 6-7. Im at a loss right now and hoping I can get some reassurance from someone who maybe experienced similar issues or some guidance on some additional steps I can take to help heal.
For Kegels I have primarily been doing this while sitting upright in a chair. Should I try to switch this up and attempt to do this while lying down or walking?
I am also having an extremely hard time understanding Reverse Kegels. I feel like I have it correct as if i push while peeing while taking a shower, I can see my stream shoot further but I always seem to hold my breathe while performing this. Will this just take time to overcome?
I am at the point where I will pay for whatever costs are necessary to rule out physical causes. Can anyone recommend any further tests to request? When i went to the Urologist over a year ago, they shot me full of something that gave me a 7-8 EQ and i would assume looked at blood flow to rule out Venous leak. That and some blood tests were the only things I have done so far.
