    I guess I'm just getting older. Im.only 31. Which I don't think should be the age when your drive and test starts dropping. Ans actually, I've had my testosterone checked. Twice. And was normal both times.

    Anyway...

    I am noticing that the quality of my erections just isn't what it used to be. That I almost never randomly get hard anymore. Rarely even get hard just by looking at someone sexy. Basically, if my dick isn't being stimulated, I don't get hard.

    When I do get hard, the quality is so so. And then, I'll have trouble penetrating my wife. And of course I'll cum too quickly usually because so much stimulation was required before I could get hard enough to get inside her...

    I know a large part of this is psychological for me. Recovering porn/sex/masturbation addict. That stuff really fucked me up. Still does sometimes.

    I jerk off about once a day. Like i always have. But these days, once is usually all I've got. If I jerk off in the morning, im probably not able to have sex later that evening. At least, not very good sex.

    It is all pretty shitty...


    So can any of you younger guys relate? If so, reach out. Id love to connect over this.

    Also, what's a good supplement that i can take to boost erection quality and maybe even boost sex drive? Maybe something that would boost my recovery ability so that i could manage at least a couple orgasms a day when I am so lucky???

    Nothing with yohimbe. It fucks me up big time. And I don't wanna do Viagra. Gives me migraines for days. And tbh, I don't wanna be dependent on a pill to get hard when im only in my 30s.

    I want something to boost vitality and stamina. Something I can combine with a healthy lifestyle and stuff.

    "Normal" testosterone can mean anything .
    Tell us the numbers it is quite possible you have the test levels of an old man . If so things like sleep may be important .

      L-Argimine is considered a good supplement for EQ improvement. JP advocated 500 mg a day.

          Perhaps stop jerking off to completion every day? Try just edging without ejaculation. Try one or two days and see if it impacts EQ.

          Ginger, Ginseng, Ginkgo, Green Tea and Garlic => 5 G tea. Look it up.

            Make sure you're getting adequate levels of Zinc and vitamins E and the B complex. Some have use Tribulus Terrestris with results. My own experience with TT showed some mild effect.

              It's definitely the jerking off to porn. I did that daily for over 20 years and I stopped 4 months ago...completely cold turkey. Now in my 40s, I have sex up to 3 times a day with a my new girlfriend, and I can still keep going if I want to.
              The problem is not physical; it's from the porn and the lack of novelty. Does anyone watch the same porn video everytime when jerking off? Of course not--you're looking for new videos you haven't seen.
              Getting off porn was easy for me. Start jerking off to still pictures instead of videos. Then transition to beautiful women in bikinis or lingerie. Then try jerking off with just your imagination. Also have lots of real sex. The improved EQ will make you want more and make your girlfriend want more too. I now only jerk off if I know I won't be getting sex for a while, ie. she's out of town.
