  • Severe permanent ED at 30...please help

    Hi all.

I’m 30. Normal weight. I go to gym. Don’t smoke. Don’t take drugs. Don’t take antidepressants. Drink alcohol on a weekend.
I’ve had blood tests through the years and they’ve all come back as normal. I don’t know what the figure is but latest blood test said it was good.

I was born with hypospadias and a very small penis.. Had surgery at 14 which left me with a tiny fistula under shaft.

I was still able to get random erections. Had a perfect sex life with my first GF at 18. No issues.

We broke up a year later. Since then I’ve had issues with being unable to penetrate women.
Tried viagra, cialis etc. Didn’t work.

GP said it was due to performance anxiety so kept prescribing me viagra. Minimal effect. Still unable to enter women.

Age 27, had surgery to repair the fistula.

Ever since... erections have got worse.
I’ve been unable to have sex. Penis shrunk. I’m unable to get night wood. I’m unable to get random boners. I’m even unable to get erections in private. I can ejaculate but it stays soft.
I haven’t had night wood in about 10 years.

If I do get an erection...I have to really stimulate it and can only get partial erection at 30%. It gets bigger but stays soft. Not hard enough to enter a woman. I can ejaculate with a floppy dick and it immediately shrinks afterwards.

It’s ruined all of my relationships. Women keep leaving me and losing interest after me trying to have sex with them and failing.

I’ve been prescribed a vacuum pump to try and regrow the penis and stimulate blood. I’ve been using it for 10 mins a night every night. It works. Penis is much bigger when using it but instantly shrinks after use. It shrunk instantly even with a ring.

Latest partner, she kept kissing me, foreplay etc...but penis was unresponsive. I ejaculated even though it was soft. I was so embarrassed.

I’ve also been prescribed injections...had an injection to the penis at a clinic. I found it traumatic as it was painful. It didn’t work. Penis was only at 20% hardness.

I have no idea what to do. I’m so depressed over it. I have no problems attracting women. I just can’t have sex with them.

What is going on? It’s been like this for 10 years. I don’t have anxiety. I’m very calm with women and make sure I get them off first.

    Thanks.

Tried 200mg of Viagra many times. No effect. Even with stimulation. Tried 10mg of clialis many times. No effect.

If I had to take a wild ass guess, WAG, there might be something to do with blood flow/valves/muscles used to activate an erection. Lets see what others might post.

Low intensity shock wave therapy (ESWT) and PRP injections might be also helpful.

        PRP injections
Erectile dysfunction is more common in older men, one of underling mechanisms of loss of erections is degeneration of stem cells and blood vessels in the penis.
Dr. Paduch practice offers unique and novel methods of therapy aimed at restoring normal endothelial functions and stem cells activation. Intracvernosal injection of autologous (derived from your own blood) platelets rich plasma (PRP-injection) preparations. Our initial study showed that we achieve 100x higher concentration of pro-angiogenesis factors that published in literature. This we attribute to our excellence in processing of human therapeutic products in Dr. Paduch laboratory.

Low intensity shock wave therapy (ESWT)
Low intensity shock wave therapy (ESWT) is recommended treatment modality prior to considering penile prosthesis. Dr. Paduch offers unique therapy which has been shown to improve angiogenesis in the penis (blood flow), some patients experienced improvements in erections just after 2 treatments. We typically perform 6 treatments using MTS equipment. Dr. Paduch also uses same therapy for men with Peyronie’s disease.

              Sounds harsh.

Just to be clear on "normal" hormone levels though can you publish the numbers on this thread .

                Thanks.

I don’t know what to do.

It’s been an adult lifelong issue.

Cialis, viagra and other medication doesn’t work.

                Injections doesn’t work.

                Cockrings don’t work.

I even tried nutritional supplements over a few years and no effect.

My penis is just simply unresponsive to women. I can ejaculate but it says floppy. I’m also unable to have morning wood. I’m 30 and I’ve forgotten what it’s like to have a hard boner.

What about your pelvic floor? I'm asking this because I've tried everything since when I was 15 and just at 25 I've found this.

My question would be do you have a libido? Do you find you want to have sex but just can't achieve an erection or do you find you have little to no interest at all?

I'm a huge proponent of fixing the physical things first before heading to the doctor for some hack-job fix.

So in keeping with that philosophy; How is your cardiovascular health? Just being "normal weight" doesn't explain anything. What's your body fat percentage? Do you lift weights? Do you perform long cardio like running or cycling a few times per week?

I ask because I had much the same issue as you for months but found that my erection frequency and quality vastly improved when I started cycling an hour a day, 3 days a week this past summer. I also found evidence that long steady state cardio has a lot of influence on sexual stamina.

I have a libido. I’m constantly thinking about sex and if I sleep with a woman, I can’t keep my hands off.

                            I lift weights At gym 4 x a week.

                            About 17% body fat.

I want to it but my penis feels like a disconnect.

It’ll go 30% hard then instantly shrink.
