  • Many years with ED, still no answers

Hi. I have ED has been years, since when I was 18, I'm 25 now, but just discovered it last year. Why? Because through the years I've realized my penis was losting size. After reading in internert about hard flaccid I understood that I had it because I have no blood flow there and no morning and night erection.

So after this I needed to know why I have ED and then to heal my HF. I thought it was something hormonal, did some tests, doctor said it's all ok.

I thought it was PIED. I did the reboot, and also I'm into no PMO (Porn Masturbation Orgasm) has been two years. No results. I became obssesed to know what was causing my ED.

I spent my entire 2019 searching, studying what could be my problem, and near the end of the year I discovered about the pelvic floor. Everything started to make sense for me, because I did a lot of kegels my entire life, kegels masturbating, urinating, everytime. I was 100% sure I had a tense PF.

I started doing stretches, yoga, massages, reverse kegels, belly breaths, internal massage, trigger points, everything. Hans helped me a lot and answered every pm that I sent for him and I'm very grateful! I did all of this about 3 hours or more a day.

But after one month, I saw absolutely no results, everything was the same. This is when I decided to go to a pelvic physioterapist.

She evaluated me and guess what? I have a tottaly normal PF. Just my puborectalis was something tense and according she this was my problem when I needed to pee or defecate.

I became depressed again, I was sure that I found my problem, but no... It wasn't my PF.

Today I went to the urologist, the best urologist in my city, and the most expensive. I said everything for him that I believed to be my problem, also I commented that I have deficiency in vitamin D3 and some studies shows that this also can cause ED.

He denied everything that I said, and said theres nothing about this in scientific literature.

So, he prescribed for me tadalafil, asked for more hormonal tests and I will do a ultrassound with a doppler. And after this, if everything is ok, my problem is psicogenic and will send me to psychotherapist.

Well, the good thing is, I'm considering that this obsession created some mental block on me, and yes I'm anxious all the time. Maybe they are right and theres no organic problem on me.

But the sad thing, is all doctor denied many things that I've found in scientific papers, as pelvic floor dysfunction and vitamind d deficiency.

Well guys, after the tadalafil and ultrasound, my last hope is the psychoterapy. And if that can't help me I don't know what to do anymore.

    Thanks for reading.

Just follow the doctors advice and tests and see where it leads you. You see your urologist went to school to learn; he just didn't take things off the net. I bet you he knows more than you.
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

If you are vit deficient I would get more open air and sun (without geting sunburnt ).

By the way I think you posted the actual hormone results elsewhere onsite but please never say I had hormone profile done and the doc says it's ok . Post the numbers the actual numbers , just hearing the doc says the hormones are ok has me griting my teeth.

Yeah my t levels are about 500 ng/dl , of course I won't argue with the doctors, and will follow what CUSP82 said.

That level is marginal for your age but geting more vit d may well increase it.

Went to pelvic PT today, and she taught me some exercises to strengthen PC and even BC muscle, this is very interesting.

CUSP82 is correct. Thankfully you are now being tested by a highly skilled urologist. ED can be mental, physical or both. Sometimes a few failures here or there (which is normal) can become a mental obstacle and it just builds from there and becomes a major ED issue caused by your mind but manifested physically. After your physical test results are reviewed you will then have a path to follow and address the reason(s) for your ED. If it is mental a physiotherapist and/or hypnotist can be quite effective. If it is physical there are many protocols you can follow beginning with hormones, supplements, exercise etc. In addition, there are medical modalities that work for many including viagra, cialis, penis pumps, PRP Injections, Shockwave therapy etc. But...start with the urologist and go from there. No matter what the cause you must work on quieting the mind and reducing anxiety--it makes it far worse. I know-easier said that done. Good luck.
