I have been fighting ED (and low libido) on and off for the past several years but never fixed it completely.
Atm I am seeing a girl that has pretty strong libido, we fuck every day, 1-4 "sessions" (I try not to cum every time.. last 2 times actually I couldn't because lost erection..). Problem is that my erections are not great. If I sit or am in vertical position on top (not on my knees but fully vertical), it's fine but for anything else, I need constant thrusting+arousal (which is hard to maintain with this erection problem, so it's kind of a circle..). Even if I manage to keep erection it's at 70% and penis doesn't feel hard. I can't get that "lock" where penis just stands for XX seconds.
My morning woods are not constant. My libido in general is not great. I feel my dick is more connected to my emotional state with a girl then physical/sexual/"animal/primal" feel. I don't deal with stress, overall feel good, am 33y old, healthy lifestyle + workout regularly, use standing desk on work, don't watch porn.
I take 10-25mg sidenafil every few days just so we can enjoy more.
I feel like my problem is for sure at least partly physical since I remember these changes starting to happen ~10y ago... but I didn't gave too much attention to it at start because my libido was lower anyway.. so it was not like I needed sex a lot. I stated giving attention to it when I would meet some girl and have problems..
I did hormonal picture 5 years ago when my ED was at it's peak and all was ok.. but because of the lack of that "sexual/animal" feel that I mentioned earlier, I think something is wrong with some of my hormones.
What would be the best way to approach this?
