  • ED problems in most positions

    I have been fighting ED (and low libido) on and off for the past several years but never fixed it completely.
    Atm I am seeing a girl that has pretty strong libido, we fuck every day, 1-4 "sessions" (I try not to cum every time.. last 2 times actually I couldn't because lost erection..). Problem is that my erections are not great. If I sit or am in vertical position on top (not on my knees but fully vertical), it's fine but for anything else, I need constant thrusting+arousal (which is hard to maintain with this erection problem, so it's kind of a circle..). Even if I manage to keep erection it's at 70% and penis doesn't feel hard. I can't get that "lock" where penis just stands for XX seconds.

    My morning woods are not constant. My libido in general is not great. I feel my dick is more connected to my emotional state with a girl then
    physical/sexual/"animal/primal" feel. I don't deal with stress, overall feel good, am 33y old, healthy lifestyle + workout regularly, use standing desk on work, don't watch porn.
    I take 10-25mg sidenafil every few days just so we can enjoy more.
    I feel like my problem is for sure at least partly physical since I remember these changes starting to happen ~10y ago... but I didn't gave too much attention to it at start because my libido was lower anyway.. so it was not like I needed sex a lot. I stated giving attention to it when I would meet some girl and have problems..
    I did hormonal picture 5 years ago when my ED was at it's peak and all was ok.. but because of the lack of that "sexual/animal" feel that I mentioned earlier, I think something is wrong with some of my hormones.

    What would be the best way to approach this?

    Start by geting a hormone test and posting the numbers here .
    Also post the numbers on the old test here .

      Which exact hormones would you suggest?

        According to mantak chias teachings, you are only supposed to cum every two weeks.
        You can have as much sex in between, but you cannot come, since that is your life's essence.

        I have much better érections when i decide not to come.

        Maybe tone down the fucking to a max of once or twice per day. It's your own libido even as high as hers? Unmatching libidos are shit

          I will try not to cum so often but that won't solve the problem as I had periods of days where I didn't cum and sill had problem with erection. I actually want to cum to not be stressed at work rather then pure pleasure.

          Her libido is stronger.. I wrote in first post that my libido is a problem.

            Have you tried a kegel routine? A balance between kegels and reverse kegels?

              I am doing that for the past few days (kind of "half" kegel.. just trying to move more of IC muscle then "anus muscle" + reverse kegels). I am not sure if 3 days of working that could help but I felt that today I got erection easier (although lost it pretty fast in standing position.. I mean, penis is around 70% erection when I'm constantly thrusting). Only good thing in this standing position with bad erection is that I feel I could go on forever .

                Get total test and the standard panel that goes with it like estrogen etc .

                  Take your thumb and middle finger and squeeze your shaft at the base with your thumb and under you balls against your inner penis and see is that improves your erection. If so, you may be a candidate for a cock ring which will help you maintain blood in the penis during erection.

                      Would you suggest just standard kegels or something else?

                      Last few days I have bigger problems with erection (although I am taking gingko, ginseng and ashwagandha). It started with me having sex every day with avarage almost 2 times for 20-30mins. One of my old hip injury came back and also one old back injury.. I mean, it starts to hurt me in some positions during sex and then my erection gets lost.. even in misionary which was best position for my erection.
                      LAst 2 days were pretty bad.. my penis gets erect and then I lose it after several seconds while chaning positon. Now I also feel that I have hard flaccid.
                      It's strange but I feel that gingko and ginseng not only not help me, but make me more problems.

                        You have not posted a hormone panel . See a physio preferably one that also does male pelvic floor.

                          I wanted to do hormonal panel in 2-3 months when I will be back in my country. Haven't seen any pelvic physio options there though.. is there special name for that doctor?

                          I live pretty healthy lifestyle so it's hard for me to believe that hormones are the problem.

                            A hormone panel is step one and you have had this for several years .
                            Do not listen to what the doc says post the numbers . Get the numbers from previous test post them also .
                            Physio are everywhere . They have various areas of special interest for some this is male pelvic floor
