  • Very low testosterone, possible ED

I am currently having issues with maintaining an erection. I can get erections if I watch porn but they are not hard. I also have to be constantly stimulated to maintain an erection which goes away fairly quickly if not.

I have been having hormonal issues for the past few years so im not sure if thats the cause of it.

    My blood test results are:
    Testosterone 5.0 8.5 - 28.8 nmol/L
    LH 2.7 1.0 - 7.0 IU/L
    FSH 1.4 1.0 to 8.0 IU/L

    Help would be greatly appreciated.

The doctor said to take a multivitamin and vitamin d but that did not help me. I was then referred to an endo who examined my balls but said they were normal. He then suggested that I try losing weight and see if that boosts my testosterone. However, when you have low testosterone losing weight is very tough.

I was able to find a doctor who specializes in TRT and made an appointment in hopes that he would figure out what the issue is but he didnt bother and insisted on giving me trt which I didnt want.

Besides ed I dont feel pleasure when I ejaculate. It just feels like I ejaculated if you know what I mean.

                Hi Pegasus,

Thank you so much for the links. I can try improving my stress and sleep. However if you convert my testosterone you will see that it is below 300. I have read that if that is the case then I will need something such as clomid to give it a boost.

I agree, some natural methods might be really good, it's the first thing to try. If nothing from those threads does not help you, you should try Viagra maybe. I have been taking it from time to time, and I think it is pretty good. What do you think about it, guys?

Have you considered Chad Howse's recommendation to take large doses of Vitamin D? The best source of Vitamin D is the sun on exposed skin. D assists in the production of T. Another article stated that 15 minutes of sun raised T-levels by 125% or so. However, sunbathing nude with sun on the testicles raised it 200%. If you do that, start with 10 minutes for a week or so and increase it as your private parts adjust. A sunny day on a nude beach or in your backyard may keep the doctor away.

That's 10 minutes per day for a week or so.

I did get my vitamin D tested:

                            Vitamin D 100 75 - 250 nmol/ L

                            I prefer vitamin D supplements.
