  • Injured myself, need help

    Hello,
About 2 years ago i started doing PE excercises (jelq, stretches)
And one day something go wrong. I gained that need-to-pee feeling. Its always with me after thet. Even after i go to the toilet, i always have some feeling that i need to urinate more. Always feel some pressure in the bottom part of my stomach
And when i get hard, it`s like pressing on my bladder.

I think Its related to PE. Maybe i have done streches too hard, or something like that.

I stopped doing PE after that happened.
I went to doctors several times, they disgnosed prostatitis. Have taken some medicine and even gone to prostate massage. Its not helping me ^(
Have tried doing kegels. no effect(

So i just live with it for 2 years. Don`t know what to do
That thing is killing me, i think it is becoming worse.

If any one can help with advice, please write me.

(ps: sorry for my grammar, english is not my native)

Don't they have physio in Russia?

If they don't start the Hans protocol.

                Physiotherapist .
So typically any large town will have many so then you look for those that advertise a special interest in male pelvic floor and choose between them.

If that is difficult the Hans protocol is onsite methodology for pelvic floor

I do have some small pain(maybe, can call it tension) in the pelvic floor and mostly in the area of pubic bone.

Upd: Started doing belly breath and knee-to-chest. 2 times a day by 5-10 minutes.
                            No changes yet
