    Alright gentlemen, so today marks the 1st day of my Angion method training with a focus on EQ (which is essentially the base of PE according to my understanding and reading through BigAl's postings and book).

    About myself: I am a 27 year old male, amateur natural bodybuilder (hoping to get a pro card after ~2 years when I compete). I have been off porn for 1 month now and feel better. Before quitting porn I could not get an erection without any visual stimulation, whereas now I can get up to ~70% EQ occassionally with no visual stimulation. My erections do not last long if I am not edging (this is my form of masturbation, I use a Fleshlight STU and edge for around 20 minutes per session), probably around a minute or so and once it starts subsiding, it takes me ~5 minutes on average to re-stimulate for another erection of such high (ish- ~70%) quality. I lose it just as quickly if not even quicker and every next re-stimulation takes progressively more significant time and effort to only achieve an erection of degrading quality.

    So far, being off porn has treated me well, I am quite happy with how things have been improving. Life is sometimes stressful for myself, which I feel does impact my erections, but there is not much that can be done in such times I guess.


    Anyways, I have been looking around the internet and came across the Angion method subreddit. After browsing the internet (not only the subreddit itself, but another subreddit and a few of the big PE forums, one of which happens to be PEgym (there are some success stories here as well))- I was surprised to see that almost all of the practitioners had reported great improvement in Erection Quality (EQ), vascularity, heavines and fullness whilst flaccid and some have said they essentially turned into showers (having previously been growers). There are people who claim size gains, but I suspect this is only due to the EQ increase they have reported, I am doubtful as to whether these techniques would actually enlarge my member rather than improve it (I hope).

    So, the purpose of this thread is to essentially be my Angion Method training log and give feedback to the community as to whether or not these techniques have produced any results to myself. I am hopeful and motivated (given the amount of positive feedback I've come across during my "research" over the last few days). So, I will now list how things were BEFORE when I had my top quality erections (age of ~13, haven't experienced painful stiffness since, I miss that feeling), list all the markers the Angion method techniques are said to improve and see how it goes.

    My erections BEFORE (when I was ~13) were so stiff they were essentially painful when I kegeled. My unit was very veiny (I remember being proud of that, but the image is currently not in my head as that was way too long ago). I used to get random erections throughout the day (I remember being embarrased, I didn't really like it, but I honestly somewhat miss that feeling), my morning woodies were more consistent and nocturnal erections were of good quality (I remember having to pee in odd positions, because my unit was basically a lot more vertical whereas now it is more horizontal whilst erect).


    Alright, let us begin.

    - Erection Quality (EQ)- I can only get up to around 70% and no further. Every time I have to re-stimulate- it takes progressively more time and effort for an erection of degrading quality.
    - Duration of erections- If I am not edging with my Fleshlight STU- I lose erection quite quickly (within 10-15 seconds if I am not stimulating myself, within around 40-60 seconds if I am stimulating myself manually (using hands only, no Fleshlight)) and as mentioned above- it is progressively harder to get another erection.
    - Vascularity- My unit is somewhat vascular, nothing as insane as I remember it being (but let's not rely on a memory so much, I am trying to be very critical and objective). I will be taking pictures along the way to compare how it looks in terms of vascularity and color (the methods are claimed to be changing your penis color as well).
    - Size- I have on very few occasions been extremely aroused to the point of achieving what I felt to be around 85-90% EQ and managed to take measurements (15 cm (6 inches) NBPEL, 17.8 cm (7 inches) BPEL, 12 cm (4.75 inches) MSEG). Flaccid size is currently 10 cm (3.93 inches) NBPEL and 9.8 cm (3.85 inches) MSFG.
    - Flaccid hang- As mentioned above- flaccid size is currently 10 cm (3.93 inches), it often times feels somewhat not warm, not cold, does definitely not feel like it is engorged or is hanging heavy and low. Sometimes it feels cold and shrunk, which is not a pleasant feeling and sometimes (not always) after a pumping + edging session feels somewhat heavy and hanging low. For the sake of this experiment, I intend on not pumping and seeing how the Angion Methods and Fleshlight edging treat me.
    - My glans never expands (it used to when I was around 13, I remember it being glorious as opposed to what it is currently). I don't expect to see improvement here, but for the sake of objectivity I decided to add this as well.

    These are all the markers (at the top of my head at the moment) that I have come across people reporting improvements on.


    I will be reporting daily and give detail as to what I am doing. I intend on posting "Day off" on my days off to keep things consistent. I will eventually edit my thread opening post and give results (kinda like a TLDR), but will also have that info as a comment somewhere around this thread. I am a busy man and updating all the markers I have listed above after every session would just be too much for me, so I could bring them up either every week, fortnite or month. Hopefully people will one day do their own research on the Angion method and come across my thread as feedback on it (though 1 person's feedback means nothing in comparrison to many other's. So while this might not procuce any results for myself, it could do so for many others). Alright, let's cut the essay short and start the "experiment".




    UPDATE: Day 29, 03.08.2020:

    And here is an update- my penis is definitely more vascular while erect and partially engorged. While completely flaccid (which is not as frequent of an occurance as before, it is very slightly more engorged most of the time) vascularity is not visible, but the more engorged my penis gets- the more aesthetic it looks. I did mention in my 1st post that my penis used to be quite veiny, but I am now certain it looks quite pleasing to me when completely shaved and engorged with the veins coming out. I am not watching porn, abstaining from masturbation (I've only ejaculated 5 times in the last month, 2 days I ejaculated twice and 1 day once. So, that is essentially 3 ejaculatory days, 5 ejaculations in total. This is VERY little for me, i like to edge and ejaculate ~2-3 times per day with my Fleshlight STU, which feels a lot more like sex than my hand!!!). Today, I came across a sexy pic online (no porn, just an instagram t*ot barely wearing anything) and got a really good erection (did not last for long) and measured 12.4 cm MSEG (4.881 inches), which is 0.4 cm (0.157 inches) more than it was before. Now, I've been that size during my pumping only PE period before, but had long lost it due to inactivity (I got some bad discoloration and quit PE for around a year or so, don't remember how long it was exactly). Now, is this EQ gains? I kind of doubt it, cause I've had erections as strong (short lived, though) before and managed to only measure 12.4 cm, BUT will not rush to conclusions that those are GAINS.
    Now for EQ- EQ is better than before, certainly. Erections last longer than they used to. Not a very frequent occurance, but in contrast to my less than a minute erections before- now on 2 instances (during the Angion Method exercises) I've had my erections last for long. First one lasted for 19 minutes, the second one lasted for 7 minutes. I no longer need to restimulate myself every 30 seconds, but probably every 2 or so minutes.

    So, in short, for about a month:

    Vascularity- increased for sure.
    EQ- increased for sure (I've been porn free before as well, but it definitely did not result in EQ as good as it currently is. Please do not rush to conclusions that my EQ now is great, it is not, but in contrast to before- it feels better!).
    Erection stamina- increased for sure.
    Size- now here comes the problem... I've measured a few times and had my length slightly lower than it used to be (have not measured length with a good erection since, that was around half a week ago). So I was with the impression that I had lost length, but today's girth measurement (erection was still present after measurement + a kegel, but not as strong as to measure and conclude, definitely) I was indeed very happy to measure a "gain". i can not be CERTAIN, but I can say that to me- it is very unlikely that this is EQ gains (because I've measured with what I feel to have been a similar level of erection before), BUT for the sake of being as objective, critical and analytical as possible- I will not conclude anything in favor of the Angion Methods (in terms of size alone).

      Day 1- (Angion Method 1.0, 3 sets x 30 seconds of Burst Expansion and 10 sets x 30 seconds of Pyramind Rush) I aimed for the recommended 30 minute active session (30 minutes of pure PE, excluding the time taken for re-stimulation between sets), but simply didn't have the time to do it. I, however, managed to perform 13 sets x 30 sec (which is essentially 6.5 minutes of pure PE). The session itself took me around 30 minutes in duration, I kept losing EQ and the hardest I ever got during the session was ~70% EQ, lowest being ~55-60%.

      After the session my member feels normal, not hanging low, light and not very warm/vascular. This I only did ~20% of what a typical session should have been, so nothing changing does not surprise me at all (I am mentioning this, because some users have reported heaviness and vascularity as soon as the first few sessions they have performed). EQ was sub-optimal as well, but for now- this is what we have, this is what we work with.

        Once you got used to it I recommend to work on speed of doing the movements which creates fast blood flow in and out.

            This is disappointing, because I had the time to perform a session today, everything was there, but not managing my time well resulted in me not doing a session (therefore slowing progress). Lesson learned!

              Day 4- SABRE strikes performed.

              Warm up- 50 strikes on each side (100 strikes in total) + 60 glans spins (clockwise and anticlockwise each, totaling 120 spins in total) and 60 glans strikes in total.
              SABRE session- 3 x 60 SABRE strikes on each side, totaling 360 strikes.

              I don't own a percussion therapy gun, so I could not perform the last part of the SABRE session, but am on the way to buying one soon.

                Day 5- Pumping + edging + AM 1.0.

                Started off with pumping (nothing special that would aim towards enlargement, but more of a healthy good quality erection before the edging session). Today I felt like I was losing my EQ (I normally feel like that when I do not ejaculate for a week or so), so I ejaculated twice after edging with my Fleshlight STU. I also managed to do ~10 minites of AM 1.0 session as well. My member does not feel cold and shrunk. It feels warmer and more blood supplied (but I can absolutely not conclude it is due to the AM 1.0 and not because of the pumping + edging combo I performed).

                Mini update- erections are still the same, not improved, but schedule has kept me pretty busy and as a consequence- I've done 3 Angion Method sessions not even half as long as they should have been!

                  Don't beat yourself up. Put in the effort everyday no matter how small and results will come, eventually it will get easier to do more stuff. Good luck!

                        Day 7- Angion Method 1.0 for 30 minutes (30 minutes without the time, taken to re-stimulate myself to somewhat of an erection), performed with 50-70% EQ. Most of the time I was at around 50% EQ. I figured doing the full 30 minute session with some engorgement must be better than doing a quick ~5 minute session with somewhat of a good erection, so I just went on with it. I could see my member being pretty vascular during the session itself, but will not register that as a progress until it becomes visible in resting state.

                        I am performing the method with a metal rod (with some bibhanger theraband wrapped all around it, so the circumference of the rod is now 1.5 inches) while the other hand has the penis stretched with somewhat of a vacuum pressure (I have excessive foreskin (now sure how excessive it actually is, but it is decent amount) and use the thumb of my left hand as a VLC tugger to stretch my tunica forwards). So that way even though I am partially erect (~50%), my member is still stretched out and has the entire length of my blood vessels stimulated.

                          Day 8- Angion Method 1.0 for 23 minutes (23 minutes without the time, taken to re-stimulate myself to an erection), performed with 60-~85% EQ. For more than half of the time- my erection was properly good, felt amazing getting up that well!


                          Overall update- While erect- I feel my unit looks more vascular than it did before. I can certainly say it is a little bit more vascular, but nothing crazy. I can see/feel my dorsal vein, deep dorsal vein and dorsal artery with my fingers, which is kind of cool. I got up to around 85% erection during the session today and maintained that for a good while, but I attribute this to the amazing mental stimulation I had during my session. So, so far I only feel my penis looks more vascular while erect, no other markers of improvement (from the ones the method promises). Overall, I am happy, especially keeping in mind that this is only my second PROPER (20+ minute) session. Normally, Janus (the creator of the method) recommends going for around 30 minute sessions. The sessions, other than the last 2 only took around 10 minutes MAX, but even though I do not consider them "PROPER" sessions- I still think they are good sessions as light stress still is some stimulus for improvement with almost 0 accumulation of fatigue.

                            I'd say that you'd be able to make a fair assessment in the next two weeks provided that you follow the program as intended (proper session lengths, etc.). The real question will be is the total amount of time invested worth the return given? And, could you achieve the same or similar results through some less complicated and time intensive method?

                            Kudos to you though for giving this a go and adding commentary. Look forward to hearing what's gonna happen next.

                              Thanks for chiming in UB!

                              Yes, I will be posting regularly, but in all honesty- if there are some positive effects that are to be achieved through these methods- I'd expect seeing them after around 2 months or so. I am very open minded about this. I have come across many (and I really mean many) people who have reported great success with the Angion Methods, so I am not at all skeptical, but critical at the same time.

                              Edit: (Added after re-reading your comment more thoroughly) If the results of this "experiment" of mine are as good (or probably ~50-75%) as good as what is promoted- it'd definitely be worth it for me.

                              I'd know if the time and efforts were at all worth no sooner than 2-3 months in. I am really looking forward to it optimistically, but nevertheless- critically.
