Hey guys, so I have a hypertonic pelvic floor and ive been stretching, rks, internal massage, etc to loosen it up. Had my second biofeedback session which shows im making some improvement but the big thing my PT saw was when I make a kegel contraction it starts normal but I cant hold it at all after 1 second, even if Im trying to keep it contracted i just can't.
My anterior pelvic floor is especially tight the PT said, one of the tightest hes seen. What are your thoughts on how to fix this, my PT said focus on 1 second kegels instead of sustained ones because I suck at doing them, does that sound right? any extra things youd do? Thanks, I appreciate it
