    I got lower EQ from extending, I noticed that 2 weeks ago, but EQ isn't getting better so I'm writing here. I also have Pre EJ, I hate that sometimes I can last forever like I cure Pre EJ and then I have Pre EJ again + sometimes my EQ is shit. I don't know if that is because of some anxiety, too much extending or porn. Could be everything, but I'm gonna pause for a week or 2 from extending, quit porn for 2 weeks and then I need to practice only stamina and EQ. I need suggestions, opinions please. What to do with that always comming back Pre-Ej

    I must mention that I don't know why I'm having low EQ when I'm drinking: ginseng, maca, yohimbine, ashwaghandha, l arginine, multivitamin, zinc, omega 3; I'm doing little weight training at home, I'm drinking DAA, eating healthy... I'm feeling pressure of all that, like I'm doing everything good, but still get nothing in return.

    You might be extending "too much".
    By that I mean too much 'PULLing' force, too much time under traction or some combination of the two.
    What kind of 'hang" are you ending up with, say 30 minutes after you remove the extender ? Idesally, you want a full flaccid hang afterwards, not a turtled penis.

    Finding the right combination and not over extending can be quite the challenge. It can be all too easy to be over doing the extender thing. Experiment !

    I'm having only 1 large rod now for 2 weeks (this is like 13cm long extender in total from base to top and my BPEL is 15cm). I will do, -0.5cm + cut a lil bit of tension while manual extending. 30 min after extending my flacid show sometimes negative, sometimes neutral and sometimes positive PI's. What do you say about week or 2 off and just doing eq and stamina work?

    A week or two off anything is always good for a reset.

    Other suggestions:
    You also are taking a lot of stuff that interferes with hormones...I assume you are cycling those as well? Take some time off those.
    Reduce your orgasms a week by half or more after the reset with the goal of 1-2 a week.
    Maybe consider working on developing the skill of dry/MMO
    Add clamping/ulis to your sessions.
    Reduce/change what you are eating. For me just skipping breakfast seemed to have effects on my hormones.

    All that said, my penis eq is still not back to the rock hard, stand up to my belly button erections that I had before I grew. It still gets hard, but with the new length and weight, it only goes a little north of straight out from me. Don't get me wrong. I much prefer being big, as does the wife, but I just can't get it to stand as straight up and as hard as before.

    I don't ejaculate often. What do you suggest BigAl? Rest? Stamina-EQ training? Lower intensity of training that Im doing right now?

    The first thing is to cut out all porn use.

    You must also make an honest self-evaluation. If your EQ is at a level that you'd consider to be below satisfactory, then you should focus solely on stamina until that changes.

    Taking 1-2 weeks off before you get started with the new regimen should also be helpful.

    It is interesting as I got several months into my Phallosan routine I began to notice more and more ED issues. I was having them on and off over the last few years (in top shape but 56 years old) but these last 5-6 months with daily (6 days a week) stretching routines I am noticing it much much more. I am possibly investing in the Phoenix since their Black Friday sale is a few hundred dollars off and see if it helps. Otherwise I'll be taking a month off as well and see if it returns.
