I've posted before about a year back with my ED & PE struggles, but have since gotten back together with my ex and while doing so, strayed away from fixing my issues due to the temporary fix Cialis 5mg provided. Recently the GF and I have not been able to have sex, and i don't know why i allowed myself to ignore this problem by accepting the pill for this long and not addressing the underlying issues. This may be fairly long, but i truly appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and respond if they feel like they have anything to contribute to helping me achieve better EQ, fix my ED issues, or work on lasting longer.
I've been struggling with ED and PE for as long as I can remember. I noticed in late high school my morning woods became less and less frequent, and eventually faded to not being able to achieve them at all. I do not believe i get nocturnal erections either as i never wake up randomly with them. I was a bit of a late bloomer, and did not have my first sexual experience until my mid 20s so i didn't really put two and two together until multiple failed attempts. I am 30 now and the the lack morning wood, of libido and urge is soul crushing. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a hard-on by myself without looking at porn, and even looking at porn i would say my EQ might be a 4 or 5. Being intimate with my girlfriend will give me just as weak of an EQ, and is not sufficient for PIV sex unless i am taking the pill which I've heavily relied on for the past 4 years.
During the past year i initially tried a heavy aerobic workout plan for a month and a half which i did not follow through with along with shockwave therapy, which I've received at a men's health clinic and noticed no improvements from the multiple sessions I've had. My urologist has ruled out venous leak before when they injected something in me to achieve a hard-on, and monitored bloodflow. He did however note a birth defect that was never addressed while i was an infant called Chordee without Hypospadias. I currently have a 45 degree curve down, which he said could potentially be a cause for my poor EQ but mentioned the surgery would primarily strengthen the penis but would have no guarantee on improvements of bloodflow. If i thought that this surgery would fix the bloodflow issue, i would have gotten this done years ago already but the fact that I don't have morning wood or cannot achieve random erections EVER throughout the day is extremely worrisome.
I never thought of myself as a porn addict, but I guess I did watch a lot of it growing up and now when i watch it just doesn't do much for me. It gets me semi aroused but I could have a webcam show up in the background and see it and its like I'm viewing a commercial. I hate this feeling and I need to do whatever it takes to fix it. I just started working out again a few weeks ago, mostly anaerobic and have cut porn and masturbation as of a few days ago. As far as morning wood goes, I am planning to do the stamp test this week to verify if i receive nocturnal erections or not since i never notice them in the morning. If i fail this test what can i even do about physical ED if that ends up being the case? I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, but am fairly fit and not overweight. Could sitting all day be a contributing factor?
I am currently combing through the forums, but there is so much information and I am not sure where i should start. Should I start with any specific kegel/rk routine? Minutemaids? Has anyone had success with changing their diet to improve their issues? Any specific stretching routine? Specific sleep position? I need help now more than ever, and im not sure where else to turn to. I think i am going to give it a solid 6 to 12 months before i lose all hope, and schedule the surgery and pray that it also fixes the issues I've outlined above. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Not sure if this is a cause for concern or not but I've also noticed that occasionally and I mean RARELY that i have to really push to get piss to come out and the stream is fairly weak. Related or irrelevant?
