Sorry for the long intro... Actual topic of the thread is in the last paragraph.
I'm 40 and I had issues with erections for about 4 years now. Not entirely sure what caused it. Maybe keto diet I tried for a while, maybe hemorrhoid issues had something to do with it, maybe office job and too much biking. Hard to say - I'm skinny and fairly fit so it was a complete surprise to me. (Hemorrhoids go away if I take diosmin / hesperidin reguraly)
Finally after trying nofap and various herbs and failing with any permanent improvements I decided to try shockwave therapy. First batch of treatments a year ago did improve things a bit. Morning wood returned and hardness improved from around 40 to 70 percent. Orgasms got much stronger too. Second batch of treatments 6 months ago didn't really do anything tho...
So google became my friend again and I started researching the topic further and I found this forum. Tried pelvic stretches, yoga and started hiking instead of biking and things improved a bit more. So maybe I'm having pelvic floor issues, but...
Two weeks ago I started getting constipated so I started taking psyllium which didn't resolve constipation, but within few days I noticed that my morning wood gets very close to full strength especially if I do pelvic floor stretch before bed. If I stop taking psyllium it gets weaker a day or 2 later so I'm pretty sure it's psyllium that's making things better. But... Why? I couldn't find anything about psyllium that would be related to ED... Did anyone had similar results with psyllium and could shed more light on how it makes things better?

I've... never did hormone test... I did go to a general doctor once, but he said that low T would cause other symptoms that would be visible. He said it was probably psychological... Shockwave people said it's always veins to blame... Would a test indicate other issues too? Or do you just get one number?

A hormone panel is obvious step one slap the doc upside the head .
There seems some sort of relationship between hemorrhoid and pre e , perhaps it make guys loath to rk .
General health is a factor how is your general condition ?
Go get a hormone panel any doc should do one as a matter of course in a case like yours ,for that matter you can get a kit through the mail.

OK, I'll get a panel. What are pre-e and rk?
I'm 6' and 155lb. My watch tells me my VO2max is 49. I can run 3-6 miles at around 9-10 min/mile.
I had occasional hemorrhoids before I figured out I need to eat orange a day or supplement with diosmin/hesperidin. Some urinary dribbling, sometimes constipated although I'm blaming my last one on thyroid supplement I tried. Nothing else to complain about besides the ED I mean...
Not sure how much of this is typical for a 40 year old. I'm kinda new at this "your body not doing what it supposed to" thing. Just surprised that psyllium makes me harder...

Sounds like you could improve diet talk to a dietitian .
If you go to the premature ejaculation forum and go to the must read stickies lots on reverse kegels etc,
I find it funny that most...
EQ dropped, very soft and tiny...
