Hey
I decided to quit porn for good. After my break up 2 years ago, I started using porn to masturbate heavily with really hard grip. At least the past few months I used a light grip. But I want to quit this stuff for good now, I feel it is not good for me, and like I feel I don't have any libido without watching it.
My questions. is it good to do PE while recovering from porn? I was thinking doing the some warm up, stretching, and bathmate. Just to avoid where I have to froce myself to get hard by stroking. 4-5 time a week, 2 days off at least. 1 day masturbation per week only, of course without porn. I noticed if I get to PONR and stop, and don't ejaculate I lose my erection, this never happenned before when I had sex with my gf, I bet this is a sideffect of heavy porn masturbation.
Wanted to ask about horny goat weed. Is it any good? Can it help in recovering from porn ED?

My 2c on how the trajectory of your development should be:
1. Beating ED
- kicking the porn habit
- reducing the masturbation
- working on self esteem and self worth
- working on performance anxiety
2. Mastering your ejaculation control
- balancing and strenghtening the pelvic floor
- mastering arousal
- dry orgasms
3. Doing PE if you still want to improve even after you can have diamond erections and stamina

It would be a good idea to focus on stamina only until your EQ is at a satisfactory level. That way, you can put all of your energy into getting your EQ up in as timely a manner as possible.
