Tugging/tightness on bottom of glans after ejaculation

Whenever I ejaculate, my dick likes to have a mild case hard flaccid about a minute afterwards, and it's preceded by a slight "tug"/"spasm" that's located on the underside of the glans (not near the urethra, a little further down).

I had a BM injury back in 2019 and am still experiencing some lingering effects that I'm trying to get rid of - can't remember the last time I popped a random boner during the day.
