I'm a long-term PIED suffer having been a regular porn user since the age of 13, first discovered the concept aged 26 and have drastically reduce use since then, with an 18 month reboot recently also (currently 1 month without porn).
However things have got drastically worse to the point where I can't actually get an erection currently. I know this is worse than it used to be, because although I never used to get random erections there were times when I felt turned on at which point I could get hard with minimal stimulation. I would also often get a semi when walking around in tight jeans for instance, this no longer happens and it feels constantly dead.
The best way I can describe it is that my penis feels tired, numb, kind of 'bunged up', cold (sensation rather than temperature), shrivelled up and lifeless, like it's just appended to my body rather than being part of me. If I do intense cardio exercise it goes absolutely tiny and has a kind of yellowy colour to it, like it's being starved of blood.
In my quest to beat PIED I have tried practically everything in terms of supplements and so on, but around 18 months ago I invested in a Kegel8 machine, which involves inserting a probe into the anus. One of the routines involved hour long kegel exercises and I remember it being quite painful, not on the penis itself, more where the probe was inserted.
There were a few other things that happened around a similar time, so it's difficult to pinpoint the cause, a rough timeline would be:
January 2018 - I used a herbal viagra which I got from Amazon to have sex, it was very effective (to the point where it can't actually have been herbal) but after the effects had worn off some days later I tried to masturbate and couldn't get an erection. I highly doubt that this would have long-term effects but I can't be certain
April 2018 - shifted to a vegetarian (nearly vegan) diet
July 2018 - something not feeling quite right about my penis, weird semi-painful feeling at the top rear of the shaft
September 2018 - beginning of 18 month porn-free streak (still masturbating)
February/March 2019 - I remember at this point feeling absolutely no libido whatsoever to the point of being quite worried about it
May 2019 - started using Kegel8 machine
Late 2019-late 2020 - things seem to get worse, with no libido and inability to get an erection at all (but my memory is hazy so I can't guarantee that this wasn't the case earlier in 2019 and even back into 2018)
November 2020 - moved back to omnivore diet
Anyone have any ideas where to start with trying to improve things? I would just love to get back to even my former PIED self right now.
Edit: also worth noting that semen quantity seems lower than it used to be, and it comes out with a dribble rather than any force, regardless of how turned on I am or how long since the last orgasm.Last edited by zmark86; 01-23-2021 at 04:26 PM.

This page helped me a lot: https://www.pegym.com/articles/menta...le-enhancement
I would try to get an erection just for the sake of it, and when I couldnt it would stress me out even more which in turn would turn into a vicious cycle making it almost impossible to get hard. Reslizing that my mentality was the cause and barrier helped me in relaxing more when trying to get hard and not force anything. Just leting things take its time instead.

this is legit, I remember when I gave myself hard flaccid I started forcing erections and when I didnt get the result I wanted I was getting even more anxious and getting and keeping an erection became even harder, calming down and letting it happen itself or when you really feel horny is the only time when you should try to get an erection

I can relate to that, I find it hard to stop myself testing progress when I'm on a reboot from porn, and lately I have found it really frustrating how there's just nothing going on down there at all.
But I remain convinced that there's something physical that's taken this ED to another level. Even when I'm making no effort to get an erection (just going to the toilet for instance) it just looks and feels dead, and really tiny, when it never used to. I guess I need to get it checked out.

You should see a Urologist and have your blood work done with a full sexual function panel done.

So a hormone panel is a good start point.
