Hey everybody,
So basically my erections are not what they used to be...morning wood is flimsy, erections are very hard to induce. Even erections that i induce myself through mechanical stimulation are stronger than morning wood which is weird, i thought morning wood was supposed to be the hardest. But its extremely flimsy.
No more rock hard erections like in my teens, sure, aging you say...but i am only turning 24 and i think its due to damage i caused through PE
Has anyone had any of the mentioned procedures done and what were the results?
Also, if anyone had done such a procedure in Europe, feel free to recommend a clinic.
PS: Low dose (5mg eod) cialis therapy failed to induce satisfying results.

What did the doctor say? Shockwave therapy may have potential. I didn't know PRP could be used for your penis?

My GP is completely useless. I suffered bad pneumonia about a year ago, november 2019...she told me to "get some rest it will pass" and 3 days later i was in the hospital out of breath with an spo2 of 91%.
I just cant get a hard erection, its been like that for the past few years. I have been sexually inactive for almost 2 years due to circumstances and having very low libido.
I generally have low libido, i never had the urge or even masturbated as a teenager, had some wet dreams here and there, but at least morning wood was hard. I am also generally a late bloomer, still looked like a child at 20 yo.
Morning wood, when it appears, is floppy at best. I read about how it takes on average of 1kg of force to bend an erect penis. Hahahah. I can do it with 100 grams of force, maybe even less.
Shockwave therapy sounds interesting, but i live in basically a sh1t hole of a country, hence i asked whether someone knows a good clinic that treats ED in Europe. I am willing to travel to get this sh1t fixed up.
I dont want to say goodbye to my erectyle function at 23 yo, not when i feel likke i havent had near enough sex lol.

My T level was measured twice, at 411 and 509 ng/dl.
I forgot to answer the porn question. I dont watch porn and never had a habit of it. However, i did use to sometimes look at pictures of hot girls online and found that even that causes desensitization (as you are training yourself to get aroused to a picture where you are with comfortably with yourself without any anxiety, and not to an actual experience) hence i stopped doing it about a year ago. Like I will look away if a picture of a hot girl comes up in my feed.
I dont drink, i dont smoke...i exercise regularly and am not overweight (105kg at 197cm tall with about 11% bodyfat).
Ther is also sth interesting to note. I remember being 15 and first starting to get erections. Waking up with morning wood that would stay for several minutes.
Then at around 16 and a half i started to lift weights vigorously. From 16.5 to 19.5 yo i put on an insane amount of muscle, i went from 75kg to 100kg same bodyfat if not leaner. About the time I started hardcore weightlifting i noticed my erections and libido not being there. I was like i said putting on muscle at an insane rate but i had barely existant libido. Maybe all my energy went into workouts, who knows.
I vividly remember being at vacation at the beach for 3 weeks when i was 16-17 and during all those 3 weeks i didnt get a single erection, no morning wood, nothing.
At the time i thought hey maybe its normal maybe they will start happening later as i was a late bloomer but looking back i already had a problem back then and am glad i so vividly remember because I thought how it was significant to note that a 17 yo doesnt get an erection for a month and it must mean that either sth is wrong with me or that i am perhaps becoming asexual.
I only have libido in spurts, and i just had one this year which was interesting, higher libido 3 than i ever had at 18 or 19...everybody talking about "libido and erections like an 18 yo", but i never experienced that. I remember going for months on end without morning wood.
And my attraction to girls during my teenage years was always ore like "admiring a nice piece of art" rather than feeling any urge to do sth physical, thats sth i only got to experience sporadically as i entered my 20s.
And I like said, highest libido ever i felt was sporadically at 22 and 23, not during my teenage years.

Your T level seems to be on the low side of normal. Maybe doing some natural methods to raise it may help you?

Yeah i am basically doing everything i can, sleep, get enough healthy fats (walnuts, almonds etc), make sure i am not in a caloric deficit (eat enough), and i actually have a pretty stress-free life (no gf, no financial issues, decent savings, living with my mother most of the time...)
Like i said that libido is very elusive, it comes and goes.
I am willing to look into that shockwave therapy, i know it wont help the libido part, but it may help with any potential damage i have done theough my PE routines.
I would say my issue is multifactorial, definitely a big part is lack of libido/ability to feel aroused (bad "brain-penis connection") and another maybe smaller part may be the damage to the actual penile tissue.

Maybe a doctor might advise some T therapy? It might be wise to ask. I'm more than 30 years older than you and have a higher T level than you

I think maybe shockwave therapy could be beneficial.
As far as T goes, i dont see what else could i do other than going the injectable testosterone route, and thats a huge issue in itself. I know plenty of guys who cycled testosterone, had their levels through the roof, aggression, well being everything 1000% but libido gone.
Its time to up my tongue and finger game i guess :-/
