Hey all,
I am hoping someone could help me or give me some advice to curing my E.D. I am 27 years old, haven't really lived a healthy life since I left school at 16 and I smoke a lot (including marijuana). When I drink, a couple times a month I usually binge out.
Basically, I can't get or maintain a proper erection. And when I do, its not exactly full at all (even with Viagra). To be honest, it seems like i have lost girth and length when I get erections as I don't "balloon", to the point i lose about an inch on both, and when flaccid my penis muscle can feel "tight". Lastly, I have been looking much smaller in the flaccid state.
Sometimes I can't get "hard" until I am nearly there- and when i lose the urge I lost it. Also, sometimes when I am having sex or masturbating slowly, I lose my erection when I am starting to feel the urge to cum.
I do not have morning wood unless I need to pee.
To be honest, I don't really think I get horny, but just masturbated everyday for boredom.
Currently trying to avoid masturbation and on day 8 without much work.
Here are the bad habits I think that have contributed:
- Smoked since 15 years old (currently 27 years old)
- Have had a very poor diet and sometimes only eat once a day.
- Abused weed since 16 years old. Smoking everyday and having a heavy dependecy to it. Usually smoke to sleep.
- Masturbated to porn in my pre-teens a lot. Probably 12 times a day at times.
- Masturbated to porn while high ALOT.
- Used to masturbate when flaccid until got hard and cummed.

I have similar symptoms.
First thing you need to do is get a blood test and get the hormonal profile ( testosterone etc.).
Also, do quit smoking. If you have a sedentary jobs, then may be your pelvic floor is not balanced. Do some squats to balance it or other exercises.

You already know what you need to do. If you only cut off porn and masturbate (with ejaculation) less frequently, you'll probably solve your problem. The rest you can try to reduce for health purposes, although they'll also benefit your penis.
If you have a hard time quitting porn try to find alternatives. For example, for a while I was reading sex stories while PEing in order to avoid porn (the exercises required strong erections). Find your own way of slowly reducing the stimulation you receive and you'll get your erections back.Progress Log

Yeah sounds like low testosterone .
Remember when you do the test you want the actual numbers .

Hey all-
thanks for your input.
I am going to try and get a testosterone test done through my doctor. This may take some time.
In the mean time I am going to focus on my health as mentioned, so quitting smoking and regularly exercising.
I do work on a computer and I am sat for 12-16+ hours a day inactive so regular exercise would benefit in other area's as well.
I have stopped watching porn all together now and reduced how often I masturbate (and ejaculate). But- so does this mean exercises like edging would be benefical?
I am going to try as hard as I can to stop smoking cannabis as well. I am consistently tired and running on low- which I think plays a major issue in my problem.
