    Hey all,

    So this is a constant problem. A lot of you may well know me and my ED issues.

    See this is the thing. This started happening about 1.5 years ago.

    I can still get an erection and penis gets full, but its completely floppy. I can move it around with no effort whatsoever. While previously, when I was say 19/20 it was very rigid, hard/painful to bend (am 23 now).

    10mg of tadalafil makes it fuller but doesnt help rigidity. Its still completely floppy, it would literally flop in the wind if i were to stand outside.


    The only thing that comes to mind is that i damaged it through stretching and hanging (but never more than 6lbs).

    I dont know. I know i am not a teenager anymore but for christ's sake shouldnt I at least be able to get as firm erection as i used to get naturally 5 years ago now with cialis?

    Should I try Viagra perhaps? Heard some people respond well to one not so well to the other.



    Is this a case of it simply not getting erect enough or could there be sth else in play? Perhaps weak ligaments or something?

      Sometimes :-) not really consistently. But are they really necessary to keep erectyle function throughout life?

      The fact that morning wood is very weak and floppy leads me to believe its a physiological issue rather than psychological as i can get way better erections by hand stimulation than i get through morning wood.

      Also ejaculations are a mere shadow of what they were. I used to shoot. Like a burst mode rifle haha. Now it just dribbles. I ejaculate roughly once a week through edging, unintentionally of course, when i fail. Otherwise i try not to ejaculate at all.

      So i dont know...aging suuuuucks.





      Its paradoxical when we are teenagers and when everything works perfectly sex is so hard to come by (or at least we (well most) are not resourceful enough to find it) and then later when sh1t starts to malfunction its easier to come by.
      I could have done way more effing when i was younger and be content nowadays. This is bs.

      Its a fact that our sexual prime is later teens and early 20s. In fact thats our prime as far as all physical abilities go. And yet as kids we are told to abstain. To wait until our sh1t starts to malfunction and then you are mature enough! Its madness imho.


      I have recently restarted 5mg tadalafil eod routine (its expensive man) but may try a burst of viagra to see if it helps.

        So first thing what were the results of the medical tests ?
        I am particularly concerned with the rest of the hormone test can you post the actual numbers .
        The other possibility is issues with pelvic floor .

          @Pegasus we already talked about that if you mean sex hormones total testosterone was around 500 and estradiol was 20-25.

          Not saying that tadalafil doesnt help. It does, but it doesnt make it more rigid.

          Also after i ejaculate i am physically unable to for the whole day afterwards, no matter what i do with my hand. Thought it may be important.



          Like I said, i dont know whether its the problem with perhaps weak suspensory ligaments or is it simply due to not enough blood entering the penis?

            maybe for you but I restored my sex drive by eating meat and lots of it...


            I had chronic Erectile Dysfunction


            now if I bust I have get hard in 5min again.... i only had 4 fails(out of 136 days) to get hard since I started the meat based diet back in DEC 2020 ( but I blame it on tiredness..)
            previously every day was a fail


            if you eat a lot of vegetables then nature punishes you .. i.e Obesity, Erectile Dysfunction low muscle mass etc..

            I pretty much narrowed it down to the free testosterone percentage/ total testosterone is irrelevant








            you can have a testosterone level of say 500 total
            60 nmol/L SHBG
            7.35 ng/dL = 1.47 % free percentage
            180 ng/dL = 36 %


            based on the calculation
            285 @ 16.5 SHBG = 520 total equivalent guy with SHBG 60nmol/L (at lest it's pretty close anyways)


            the SHBG is tied to diet the higher it is the "more malnutrition you're"....
            SAD is about 80-90% plants...

            but it's still better then a high SHBG 45-60 nmol/L on the Standard american diet



            i'm on a 80% animal based diet..

            also since being on the meat based diet new hair has grown in on my head.. my hair line is "expanding".. while others my age is "contracting" . the new blond hairs are growing to length and strength i.e getting thicker... it's going to be weird as it's going to be all kinds of different colors on my head.....

            Also my hair is super super soft like baby's hair and my skin is super soft as well.


            muscle mass changes in the upper body I gained a lot on the traps and biceps (gained 3.25" in 4 months time.. )





            I still weight 194 pounds currently. up 12 pounds from 182...



            you can actually do the test quickly by running you hand threw your hair if it feels rough like straw and is brittle it means you're not getting enough animal protein... Plant protein is FAKE..


            like once or twice a week i'll eat raw meat... but it's very expensive cuts i.e 24$ a pound..top sirloin . grass fed... 6oz is typically enough to fill me up.. plus you don't cook off the b12..(b12 dies over 104F)...





            the thing is, for it to work you have to cut the sugar (and coffee) also to 25 grams or less aday(this includes carbs to less then 40-50 total.. including the sugar) this will be very hard as most Americans are addicted to it....


            just a FYI you are going to be hung over with sugar/coffee withdraw...

                  Not sure if I understand you, but if you mean not standing upright, my guess is your IC muscles are stretched and you need to strengthen them. I used to have very high angle and when o stretched specially Fowler and BTC, I got length gains but penis was not even ok ring straight and when in bottom position so hard to enter.

                  My EQ ha improved so much. Working IC muscle is easy once you get hang of it, I don’t know how to explain it but basically I hold my penis with thumb and index finger near the base and pull little down and then grab behind glans with other hand and stretch it a little and then perform start of kegel (you will feel a slight pull on the hand behind glans) and try to hold it as long as you can or at the beginning short ones to get a feel for it. Some explain it as turtle head going into shell and out again. Make sure to perform this erect and I usually do it in recline butterfly position and do RK on breath in and then IC gold on exhale.

                  FYI- other things may have helped are yoga, Y lajin, core and other exercises and taking supplement that has Panay ginseng, green tea, ginkgo biloa, ashwagjanda and Beet root. I also take fresh ginger daily with tea.

                    It can stand up for a split second after i make it hard by stroking laying on my back but all it takes is a feather like touch to push it down it lacks any type of rigidity.



                    I have stopped all PE except pumping. Since I get no erections I thi k its a good idea to keep some blood flow. I think this is a part of problem. I stopped getting regular erections at about age 20 or so which i have a reason to believe led to dysfunction.


                    It is possible IC muscle got weak through stretching. Because it was rigid like a rod when i was younger.

                      I dont think you understand what is going on...you have to see it.
                      Its as if the penis is attached with a plastic tube to the body. 0 rigidity and i mean zeeeeroooooo.

                      For successfull penetration i would have to hold it at the base with my hand to prevent bending.

                      And like I said cialis makes it fuller and harder but it still slops around like crazy, same as without cialis.

                      It must be the damn muscle holding it weak, probably due to stretching.

                        This sounds like you have damaged your liagment that holds the penis in place . This is a medical issue .

                          Is there anything that can be done about it? The force needed to bend is pretty much null.

                              I'm guessing there's some overstretching going on. How was your angle before all this? There's still a few percentage of people with a natural 0-5 angle. My serious suggestion would be to contact someone who knows what they're talking about, or if that's not an option to actually immobilize your dick in an upwards position for a few weeks and see if anything changes.

                              Just throwing this in here, though.

                              The angle of the erect penis is determined by its size and its attachment to the puboischial rami (the crura) and the anterior surface of the pubic bone (the suspensory and funiform ligaments). In men with a long heavy penis or a loose suspensory ligament, the angle usually will not be greater than 90 degrees, even with full rigidity.
