ED + low libido

Hi,

I have ED + non existant libido due to depression.

I'm 28yo, I exercice 4-5 times a week, I have a good diet and don't take any medecine.

I'm gonna do blood test tomorrow. What should I ask besides total test and free test levels ?

I have cyclothymia, those depression periods always come back

So a total test below 500 will often cause issues .

The free test does not look so bad but an important point here is how it was done . The standard method is so inaccurate as to be nearly useless ..

Was it done by sensitive measure?

I am told that has some accuarcy.

Bottom line your test is a bit suspect .
Natural methods can be used to increase it .

hows the SHBG even though you have 476 the SHBG seems like it would be in the 50-60 nmol/L ranges... in reality it should be in the high teens to low 30's...

True.. I had depression some time ago, and ED was so bad during those months. But once the depression had gone, everything went back to normal pretty soon. I would also like to recommend that you check out the Canadian pharmacy here for some good and interesting info about how to deal with it as well as some helpful and working medicine. I am pretty sure that you will find it helpful, good luck!
