So yesterday I finally decided to start my doing PE and I was very excited as I was looking onwards to getting some good gains. My exercise went as follows: more than 5 minute warm up, and 20 jelqs with very light pressure applied to my penis after which I did another warm up session , and did another 20 jelqs with the same amount of pressure. After my exercise everything seemed ok as I was still getting hard and had sustained erections throughout the night and morning wood. But as the day progressed I have been noticing a decrease in my erection quality as it is very hard to get erect now and when I do get fully erect I start to lose the erection almost immediately. Sigh!! This is not necessarily how I planned my 1st experience with PE to go. But I have been coming down with a cold yesterday and it has gotten worse today so could that be a factor as to why my erections have become like this? Before this I used to get erections so quickly even without much stimulation. Also does the fact that I masturbate alot play apart in this as well?. Maybe this is nothing serious and I'm just worrying about it a bit too much, has this ever happened to anyone else here?

Do you normally pressure yourself to gauge your erections throughout the day? Why were you so intent on monitoring your erections? Were you expecting something to go wrong?
It's quite likely that this constant gauging of your erections, combined with a fear of injury, is leading to your current condition.

Well i was always a bit hesitant to start doing PE as i feared injury I have done a good amount of reading and finally felt comfortable enough to just go for it. I was expecting everything to go smoothly considering the fact that i knew the risks as well as had a good enough amount of knowledge to know what to do and what not to do. I think that maybe you are right about the whole fear of injury thing but this is very odd for me as like i said before erections came easily for me, so to be struggling to get one is kind of a bother to me now.

I really don't know why guys who start workouts in the gym are not surprised when they are tired/less able to perform well at gym stuff the day after, but guys who start PE are always shocked and amazed to discover that their penis is tired/less able to perform well at penis stuff the next day.
DUH! PE is a workout, guys!!!!!

Well i think its all in my head and worrying about it only makes it worse i will be monitering my EQ over the next few days and see how things play out.
