Lately ive been getting my morning wood back and when I do have an erection it is much harder than before and lasts longer. I dont know what exactly caused these changes but here are a few things that I have changed in my life and im sure at least one of them or the combination of them has made a difference :
- I used to take concerta every now and then.. so that i could study better even though i dont have ADHD, but i havent taken that in a while.
- Been exercising more.. mainly cardio and drinking more water
- Ive been doing kegels about 3 times a week
- ive REALLY cut down on the masturbation.. and have basically eliminated all pornographic material from my life
- I have been going to sleep earlier so that i can try to get more hours in my sleeping time.
-and last but DEF not least.. i prayed about it of course

I think its a combination of all of those. The drugs could have been one of the initial factors of your ED.
What is your story/history and age? I'm asking just so other readers can have a better comprehension as to
how their situation could possibly relate to yours.

Im 24 and basically had the same problems as many described here. No morning wood, very weak erections at times, and the need of constant stimulation to maintain even a half assed one.

Good job! It's always great to hear somebody finding success in overcoming ED problems. What seems to be working for you sounds familiar, many guys seem to find that kegels and cutting down on porn help a lot. And overall exercises, I am a firm believer that everything in the body works better when you exercise regularly.
I'm interested in what you say about sleep -- that's one thing we don't hear discussed here much, but it makes sense.
