Assuming one does not care about gaining size (length or girth) what would be the best routine to build up EQ and EQ stamina?
Kegels and jelquing?
Curently:
I take the "5 Gs" daily.
I get regular exercise.
My blood pressure is "Normal"
I'm not overweight
