i use to thought it was ok to masturbate once a day..but now i know its bad for you. I have been doing it since early teenage years and it has started to weakend my erections quality and it gets harder to get an erection now. i have gotten symptoms of the negative effects of masturbation
like, 1. leaking semen when having a erection 2. bad sleeping 3. Erectile dysfunction lazy erection, weak erections, and hard to get it up 4. also causes protruding cheek bones and dark eye circles 5. and premature ejaculation .Can someone please help me or give me some tips on recovering from Erectile Dysfunction caused by excessive masturbation? i also got a anxiety or panic attack today due to masturbating...i told myself not to masturbate again but i just did it and feel guilty now. was thinking i could do edging but it just premature ejaculated in minutes =x

Sexual exhaustion, one of the most common causes resulting in long-term sexual dysfunctions for young couples, is a result of over-discharging the bioelectricity in the ANS. Excessively sexual activities can completely drain testosterone out of the bloodstream and the bioelectricity in the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) if ejaculation occurs too frequently for the body to restore a normal testosterone level. When testosterone becomes insufficient to recharge the ANS, the bioelectricity in the ANS becomes too low to regulate functions of internal organs. In turn, functions of the liver, adrenal glands, and kidneys become too weak to support testosterone synthesis in the sex organs. Without sufficient testosterone in the bloodstream, the ANS is undercharged. As a result, the bioelectricity in the ANS always remains low. This is the major cause of a sexual dysfunction. In this regard, men are more vulnerable than women. Men are likely to suffer from sexual exhaustion by completely emptying the seminal vesicle. Semen in the seminal vesicle provides an important feedback to buffer the testosterone level of the bloodstream. Once semen is ejected, men lose the bioelectricity to support the penis erection and sexual excitement immediately. The ANS resets the entire body to a rest state for the restoration of potential energy. If the seminal vesicle is completely emptied, there is no more residual testosterone left available to raise the testosterone level in the bloodstream for recharging the ANS that drives the hormone production line formed by the liver, adrenal glands, kidneys, and sex organs. That is, the testosterone level in the bloodstream will never be restored without an external charge with tonically herbal products. In fact, the ANS self-charge system is operated under the same principle as the automobile's. The seminal vesicle is like the battery of an automobile. When the electric potential of the battery is too low, it cann't start the engine of the car. When the engine won't run, the battery cannot get charged. An empty seminal vesicle will create the same situation as an undercharged battery does. The solution for this problem is a jump start with a tonically herbal supplement for the liver, sex organs, and adrenal glands to charge the ANS, as we do for a weak battery. ************************************************** **********
4. At what age shouldn't teenagers masturbate? Younger than 15 or 16. Wet dream frequency can tell you how often you should masturbate. The main problems of over-masturbation are
A.) over-killing the immature liver and adrenal glands;
B.) losing control of masturbation/ejaculation frequency;
C.) attempting to get a release as soon as possible - leading to premature ejcaulation.
5. You should avoid red meat and dairy products, and have more vegetables and fruits. Eat more soy products if possible ,Also eat oysters or zinc foods when you eat soy products to balance the estrogen levels of soy to testosterone

i duno now my penis feels ..smooth like it was washed with soap and my penis kinda looks shrinked a bit..and its kinda cold my penis, it was warmer before like body temperature warm, when i didnt have erectile dysfunction problems.. plzz help

PE exercises like Kegels and Jelqs can definitely help you. A lot of men come to PE with weak erections and eventually recover to the extent that they can have rock hard erections.
As long as you're not completely gone (absolute ED where you can't get any erection whatsoever), there's plenty of hope.
Don't give up! If you're willing to put in some effort, I think you can recover.

Start with very light jelqs, and see how your body responds. jelq helps improve the vascularity of your penis and it can even remove plaque from your veins.
too much smooth muscle? actually, unless you jelq & kegel you'll lose smooth muscle with age.

yea ill try them light jelqs... the problem is i cant get a full wood-stick erection like i did before, its like i cant get enough blood in it

Slow down a little, I think that you are mixxing apples and oranges. Sort out what is ED and what is anxiety. Masterbation does not cause ED. It will lowwer sex drive and can play games with your head. Psychosomatic dude, phenomena that are both physiological and psychological. Get your head straight and half your problem will be licked. Try some PE for the other half, slowly.

i do have some anxiety and i think about it all the time...but i cant get a morning wood nor can i get a erection up that is hard enough when i'm alone with no one around is it physical?? last time i masturbated and ejaculated i got so scared, i was sweating and my heart was pounding i felt immense guilt..maybe that can affect me psychologicly?...most of my erections now are 60%-68% and i cant feel the flex or the boner feel no more. it's only blood gouge flacid penis now no erections...when i do kegeled it to a erection i cant hold it long enough only last like few secs if i don't continue kegeling it and i still cant get the bone feel of the erection which is the main point... if i can get this boner feel back my erections will be harder, last longer,bigger and get it up
