NP said it all, if you could find the time maybe in the early mornings to go on a light jog, you would probably see some positive changes in EQ over time. Eating healthy is just as important.
Also, I know sitting down all day is unhealthy, but just getting up for a few minutes every hour or so and doing a few stretches or walking around the room would help.
