    Alright, I injured myself with PE about 10 months ago. And, I have tried everything. But, my erections are not as strong. Even before PE, I was not happy with my EQ, but it was better than now. I am 21 and in good physical health. I have not done PE for a while now and only notice my that erections improve when I do long edging sessions. Even then, I watch porn (need to stop) and the erections are better for only the next couple of days. Then, they return to "normal". Basically, it is more difficult to get it up now. But when it is up, the erection is not super strong. If I do not stimulate, it goes down rather quickly. I have tried gingko, cayenne, green tea, ginger, etc. with no real results. What do you guys think I should do? Take a break from any stimulation for a week or 2? Get better, more potent supplements? Any ideas are welcome. Also, I have been masturbating since 9 and often. I think I conditioned myself so that physical stimulation = erection. I rarely get erections without stimulation, and if I do, they are not 100%.

    Sounds like you're worrying and making things worse. I think you're a bit worn out from masturbating too much and it's dropping your EQ.
