My EQ is better when I consume foods high in potassium and gets worse when I eat salty foods. Bananas, potatoes and orange juice are particularly high in potassium. Most fruits and vegetables have much more potassium than sodium. For example, one medium baked potato has 926 mg of potassium and 17 mg of sodium.
