  • Cialis Question

First of all, I don't take this stuff on regular basis. Just for extra boosting power :-)

I tried Cialis 20mg bough from Egypt a couple of months before. The box had 2 pills and each pill had its own packet. That box worked quite good.
I did have sex without Cialis till August so I wasn't being a junkie :-)

Now a few days before, I bought a 20mg box from Estonia from a well known pharmacy. This box has 2 pills and both of these pills are in the same packet.
Now the problem is that I don't get very hard erection. However, I do get headaches the next day.

What is the reason of different reactions from two different boxes? Also, is it wiser to take Cialis with empty stomach or with full stomach? Amount of water?
(Not that I am going to take Cialis anymore but I am just curious)

I assume you are talking about generic version (tadalafil)? I've heard people on other forums say that sometimes they think some of the generics are cut down, so that a 20mg dose might actually be 10mg. I also use this only once in a while when I feel like I could use the extra boost. I've gotten the generic from a few places and seem to have noticed some variation in strength.

You are supposed to be able to take Cialis with food. It might absorb into your system more quickly on an empty stomach with a glass of water, but it remains in your system so long that probably won't matter. Some guys, including myself, sometimes feel the effects more the next day.

What kind of box are you using? I have two different boxes:

Sorry, I thought you were referring to the generic version. Obviously you are using Cialis brand so the first part of my response does not apply, but the second does.

Technically then, the quality/strength should be nearly identical since they both say 20mg. One other possible explanation to the different responses would be just different moods, state of mind or whatever biochemistry happened to be different in your body at the different times you took it. People have been know to respond sometimes, but not always. Good luck.

          .
Since they both came from overseas, I believe he is taking the generic version knockoffs of Cialis. Overseas labs use different fillers (some not especially clean) which could account for the differing side effects

Honestly you must realize that you really don't know what you're taking.Do you really think that the guys overseas really give a hoot about what they put in the drug, quality control, sanitary conditions, etc! They are selling a product with zero liability. If they gave you cyanide instead of cialis what recourse would you have other than death? There are reasons that drugs need a presciption, come from a reputable pharmacy from a known drug manufacturer.Even the known drug companies screw up here and there! ( did you watch 60 minutes last night?). Buyer beware! It's funny and I asked this question before and got a bit of grief for it but here goes; if your wife or child was sick and needed an antibiotic would you go to your local drug store or get it from overseas online?

Better to be safe and buy domestic even if it is more expensive. Your response to this drug can vary from one time to the next, and it does stay in one's system for a couple of days. I know an even better drug and I usually get a better response from it, and it's free: the jelq/kegel.

Looks like you have the offshore brand named drugs. The difference is probably the age. All of the big three ed drugs (no pun intended) have very short shelf life. One year or less, if you don't have an expiration date on the package this may be the difference. Personally I have found the off shore brand named pills to be less effective. Put this down to their being out of date.

It is an interesting idea, but many of the Indian Pharmaceutical Companies are under USA FDA scrutiny since they sub contract for US companies. It is going to be a while before US prices come down, patents have 9 more years on Viagra. So for domestic use they are still 14 per pill. Can remember when a street bj on 42nd St was only 10, and the hookers don't care if you are hard or not.

JOKE: You have heard of the new ed Drug, if you swallow it too slow you get a stiff neck.

Don't drink alcohol heavily while taking Cialis. Limit your alcohol consumption to two drinks, one hour apart, per day when Cialis is in your bloodstream. Take Cialis at least 30 minutes before having sex. Depending on the strength of the Cialis pills your doctor prescribed for you, the medication may become effective within half an hour, and some men report that its effects can last for up to 36 hours after taking it.

If one purchases named-brand cialis from online, what is the proper and reliable indicia that it is indeed authentic?

From the looks of OP's boxes it seems that they are the product produced by Eli Lilly (e.g., the boxes, the plastic sealant closing the box, the metallic company badge/stamp on bottom of box, etc).

How can you ensure (aside from buying at local pharmacy with rx) that the product one's orders is in fact legit, named brand?

As an aside, what is the stated Expiration Date on these boxes?

Another side effect of Cialis is reduced vision and hearing --and this can be permanent--same with Viagra--another reason to use a much saner approach to p.e.: the jelq and the kegel. They're free and they work great--and no side effects!!!
