  • 26 years old and need help

    26 years old and i am having big erection problems.. they started a couple years ago and just kept thinking they would go away thinking that they were probably mental but im pretty confident they are physical due to almost zero morning wood at this point (very weak erections if there is any morning wood) im very fit and by far have an above average diet. so i finally went to the doctor to see what he said and he took blood test and everything was in normal range.. BUT my test levels were in the low 3 hundreds which is on the low side of normal but he didnt seem concerned at all from that and basically said its mental. i dont know what to do at this point i really do not want to resort to cialis. ive had a very active and healthy sex life in the past and NEVER had problems getting an erection no matter how many times i would have sex in a day. erections are also weak when i masterbate and my sex drive is really low compared to what it once was.. please, any help would be appreciated

    Well I would say your problem is 80% mental and 30 % physical. ( you like that math don't you?) Unless you have some kind of horrible systemic condition which your doc would have picked up on you're really okay. You mind is the one causing the biggest probelm but that could be overcome. Why not start kegaling 100-200 times a day. Try that and let's see if your morning friend comes back to visit you in that time.

      Cusp gave you good advice. However, low doses of Cialis, Viagra, or Lavitra can give you a nice confidence building erection and will let you know that all the plumbing is working properly and that kegals should do the trick.

          yeah ive always heard about kegals but never really put much thought into them.. i will start doing them.100 times a day? should that be broken up through out the day or 100 in a row? everyday? i read the thread about the five g's, should i give them a try? thanks for your responses

              Break up the kegals, 20-25 at a time. You don't need medicine. Young people need to be less stressed!

                Get a couple bottles of Primordial Performances Testosterone Conversion Factor-1, that will kick the gonads in, I had simular problems from a sickness, and this stuff worked, I started to get morning wood again, and the boys started to get bigger.

                  I notice an increase in morning wood/amazing erections/sex drive/mental clarity when I'm loading up on Amino Acids. And exercising, which you're already doing.

                  I get my amino acids through foods, I think they're more complete that way and much cheaper. I drink green smoothies which are the juice from an apple, an orange, and a lemon, then blend that with banana, blueberries, strawberries, a scooped out avocado, and huge handfuls of spinach and kale. The greens are packed with amino acids and the avocado gets the good fats.

                  Then I also eat Brewer's Yeast on foods and sometimes mix it with tomato juice and drink it. Brewers Yeast is considered the best source for Amino acids.

                  If you're interested in that, try it out for a month and report back with your results.

                    Um yummy lead.
                    Dhard, I advise to do an equal number of reverse kegels to kegels ,so if you do 50 kegels do 50 reverse kegels.
                    Try yoga type stretching through the pelvic area.

                            Good comment about amino acids naturally Leadbelly.

                            Read Dr Stephen Lamm's book 'The Hardness Factor". He recommends L-Arginine. You can get that naturally as Leadbelly said - or buy it at supplement stores. Also, suggests Tribulus supps.

                              However, use of PPTC-1 could have some negative effect., I use Testim 1% gel (prescribed by an Urologist) due to low T levels. I was warned that continued use of testosterone from an outside source could cause the testes to produce less natural T which, in turn, could eventually reduce the size of the testes and cause you to become dependent on outside T production.

                              PPTC-1 uses amino acid to boost T so the affect on the testes may not be the same; however, I would at least cycle it to avoid potential problems.
