Thread: How to do Reverse kegels

I have a big question about reverse kegels. First of all I am getting them where they are and so on, but I don't know no routine about them like the way to exercise like normal kegel. So please let me know ways . I know only them I am pissing to push out and then I am sitting also push them out. Thats all that I know ,so please give me advice about that.

There are a wide variety of variables to consider when making a kegel /reverse kegel routine. For example do you have premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction(this can be particularly ackward to write a routine for), what are your goals. How strong is your kegel and reverse kegel presently(how long can you hold them for) etc.

I do 100 kegels on my way to work in the car. I do 100 more on the way home.
Also, I hold a kegel for a minute 10 times a day. Sometimes I hold for 2 minutes.
Additionally, in the shower I try to reverse kegel so that I can lower my ball sack without touching it. Pretty hard to do but have made some progress on this.
Goals: Stronger kegel muscles and ability to control them.

Sounds great, but now I am very intrested about this reverse kegels , I need good information about them.
