Missionary. I'd like to say something other than something so "vanilla" but after trying a few different positions, I go back to missionary 60% of the time to finish. (The other 40% is split up among 3-4 other positions.) Our time spent together is consistently at least 40 minutes every day, so by that time I'm a little desensitized and the good-ole standard gets it done all the time, once she's had enough.
