I have been suffering from ED for 3-4 years now and realize I need to see a doctor. Although I think the problem has worsened because of anxiety, I am pretty sure the problem is physical or chemical. How do I find the best doctor in my area for this problem? And I am only 20 and am still on my parents health insurance so can I make my own appointment or do I have to go through my parents? Please help.

You can make your own appointment, but your parents may find out you went to a urologist if the insurance co sends out a summary statement to the primary insured, your father.
Ideally, you should look for a male sexual dysfunction specialist. If that search is unsuccessful, look for a Urologist who mentions sexual dysfunction or ED in the practice description. Worse comes to worse, call a likely Urologist and ask if the practice deals a lot with ED problems, some specialize in prostrate problems or urinary tract problems and are not that knowledgable on ED issues.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Thanks for the advice. Are there any websites or specific ways to find a male sexual dysfunction specialist? Or do I have to call every one and ask?
