I completely agree with you Rando. I need to step up my game with meditation too. But if we can learn to apply those breathing methods and control over our thoughts to sex it should eliminate the performance anxiety. I am also looking into starting yoga. Very similar to meditation plus it helps with flexibility and circulatory function. Started taking a bunch of vitamins for sexual health plus 5-HTP which helps produce serotonin. In addition to those I am going to the gym trying to get my confidence through the roof.

For me, it came down to experience and learning about my body. If you've never given a speech or been on stage, the first time (or times) can be quite nerve-wracking for many guys. Once you get used to it, you start focusing on your speech/performance and stop worrying about everyone watching you. Also, I stopped masturbating daily/nightly or even worse masturbating multiple times. I learned that my body is not a machine and just because you can stroke yourself to orgasm doesn't mean that sex with a partner is something you can force on your penis.

I have researched anxiety and Pre-E a LOT. I have a lot of posts on threads about it too. It is very relevant in Pre-E and since I have been combating my anxiety issues I have had great leaps. In here I show that many arousal responses are similar to anxiety, which shows that they are linked.
