Over the past year I've been noticing that I don't get hard as much as I used to and have a hard time staying hard when I do. I basically find that when I stop stroking myself I lose my erection. During my sexual experiences over the past year I've found that there have been a couple times where I have been able to get erect and stay like that without physical stimulation, but other times I've found that I would get semi-erect at certain points, but I would only get fully erect when I am given oral sex. I would be unable to stay hard long enough for penetration.
People on here have suggested porn as the problem, but the thing is, I've been watching porn for a LONG time, since I was like 15(looking at pictures earlier). Would it be plausible that the effects of porn are only showing up NOW? I've cut out porn completely over the past month but I haven't really noticed any difference yet getting erect by myself and I have not yet any sexual experiences.
I am 24. I am really paranoid about my sexual performance being diminished as I age. Is there a natural decline that occurs at or around my age?
EDIT: Something I should point out however, is that even though I've been watching porn for that long, actually masturbating while watching it didn't start until later, I don't remember exactly when though. Not sure if that would make a difference.
