So here's the deal, I started having high blood pressure at 20 and now im 23 with ED. I asked my doctor and he said it was too early for the HBP to be responsible for any sort of vascular damage. Do you think this is true? He thinks the ED is psychological but I simply can't accept this. I don't even get morning erections, AT ALL.
I got an echo stress test because I read about how ED can signal a coming heart attack or coronary artery disease, I passed so hoping that isn't an issue. It just seems like my erections are really weak and floppy, sometimes if I masturbate in the shower watching porn I can manage a strong erection but only if I am laying on my back, and if I stop either watching the P or M then it immediately becomes flaccid again.
Just want some opinions, only other thing was ive had blood and urine tests that showed high cortisol, now it seems to be normal so not sure I can even consider it as being a cause+effect.

Listen to you Doc, Dale! He/she has the actual BP numbers, your medical history and a picture of your overall health. If the Doc says your ED is not organic, it most likely is not. Honestly, in younger men anxiety of many different kinds is the #1 cause of ED. Ask the Doc for a referral forr help with the ED and stop worrying so much. Once you learn to let go and relax, your boners will come back with a vengeance.

How high are your numbers? I am talking an average morning, afternoon, or night reading.
In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.

If you're not already, i would start eating healthy and exercising (some cardio and resistance). It doesnt have to be extreme, but enough if you know what i mean. This helped me not only physically, but probably even more so psychologically. Better blood flow and a healthier you=better erections. Natural release of endorphins=release from stress and anxiety which will also lead to better erections. Just think, it can only help.
