    Ginkgo biloba, Green tea, Ginger, Garlic, Ginseng, L-Arginine etc., is used for erectile dysfunction.
    Does this stuff makes you last long?
    After using ginger and L-Arginine for few weeks, I think it also helps in lasting long! Guys, please share your experience?

    I tried the 5G's and did not notice much improvement in blood flow or lasting longer. Recently I came across an article which claims the herb Cuscuta will help in lasting longer in bed. I'll probably give it a try, but haven't yet.

        I feel noticeable increased blood flow when i take l-Argenine (5 gr) and also tongkat Ali. I have also taken the 5Gs with little or no effect. However, I suffer from severe ED (diabetic).

        If increased blood flow increases EQ, my guess would be that this would decrease stamina.
