    Hi guys,

    i'm really sorry for my english(i'll use google translate). I'm new here and my country does not have good websites on this subject...

    summarizing
    I was normal , had sex without problems but none of them was with a girlfriend.
    The two years ago I met my ex girlfriend, my erection was always normal till the day that we were having a relationship , my penis failed. I was nervous , pressure or responsibility to make a great night and my penis failed , a fact that never happened . I do not understand what happened and erection for me was something that did not need to think , struggle , happened naturally. After that day changed everything .


    The problem continued for a few months and decided to seek medical help . First doctor prescribed tadalafil , the problem declined but when I stopped using tadalafil , my problem has increased.
    The second doctor was one psychologist specializing in ED , she gave me exercises : watch porn and masturbate without ejaculating , hold the maximum time until you reach 30 minutes and she evaluate the result .


    I did not like exercise but I went for a month , a day of exercise , one day off . In the second month I became addicted to porn and they were every day until today.


    Today , I do not know if my ED problem is because of porn or psychological .


    When I have sex, is not the same thing as me masturbate. It takes me longer to ejaculate than masturbate.
    Sensitivity is lower in sex, I'm wanting to ejaculate but I can not relax 100% for being accustomed to porn and masturbation.


    I can get 100% erection, but I have to touch me.

    I have 'morning erection'


    reading the topic of pe_ZEN I can understand more my ED, but did not understand some things:

    what exercises should I do?

    I started JELQ and Kegels two weeks ago and felt the difference in vascularity. I see that porn is a big problem for me and I want to stop watch.

    And how i medidate?

    "meditate on the sensations during edging/sex/masturbation/PE"

    How can I do this? Masturbating? What's "edging" (Masturbe?)

    Quit porn it will take a bit of time to recover.
    Edge (masturbate) without porn use a light grip.
    Continue kegel ,include a low % of reverse kegel.
    The pysc issues need to be adressed also

      Definitely stop the porn forever. It's evil stuff. If you're struggling to find enjoyment in the feeling of sex then I disagree with edging. It's a constant fill of dopamine for, in your case, 30 minutes! That's going to leave your reward circuitry with a mammoth task to fulfill the needs.

      My advice:

      No porn (at all, ever again)
      Don't masturbate or edge
      Only orgasm through sex or oral from a female

      Do the above for at least 2 months. This is coming from a previous heavy porn user of about 10 years. 60 days in and I have come on leaps and bounds.
      May 2014 - back in to PE after a few years out (where did the time go!?)
      Notes: slight length loss since last actively engaging in PE.
      Target: rectify this!
