    So, where do I begin? I don't have the slightest memory of my dick ever being really hard. I have no idea why, the doctors told me though that it's very rare to have an organic problem if you're young. Yet, I can guarantee that it's not caused by depression nor is it porn-related, not necessarily atleast. There are only two things that comes to mind to why I'm experiencing this issue.

    First being venous leak, although, not likely, there is always a possibility unfortunately. Good thing though, is that I'm told that it's incredibly rare by both doctors and other experienced people. But who knows, maybe I'm one of the unlucky guys..

    Second being some sort of pelvic floor imbalance during my early days of masturbation that eventually became worse when I started to intermittently clench the pc-muscles to make it harder, and this escalated to a point where I was always keeping it tight during masturbation. I kept doing this for approx 6 years, until now, when I finally realized that this is NOT how you masturbate (somebody should have given me a guide). Funny thing is, I can make it near rockhard if I masturbate the ''old school way'' while sitting, but not when standing or lying down. But it has become clear that it's are always supposed to be hard, no matter what position. Though, without the clenching along with trying to be completely relaxed (the way you're supposed to masturbate) my erections are very soft and bendy. I also had the tendency to tense my thighs, calves and feet while masturbating.

    Anyway, I've stopped with the bad masturbation techniques, and hopefully I'll see some sort of improvement along with a glimmer of hope that I'm not completely helpless. Virginity and inevitable loneliness till death finally sets me free doesn't sound very appealing I'm afraid.

    I'm also going to include reverse kegels and some pelvic floor stretches. Do you guys have any routines to recommend or perhaps you could recommend a specific type of stretching?

    Every piece of advice, any speculations, thoughts, stories, similar experiences, tips etc. are appreciated.

    Also, could you guys also inform me what the likelihood of having a venous leak this young is?

    And yes, I am going to see a doctor to have the specialized tests done. The only thing standing in my way is the courage to try the prescribed Viagra, since I'm kind of expecting it not to work, though I really want it to.

    The odds of you having a venous is really quite small to try putting that out of your head. Go do some reading in the beginners section and you'll be fine. You make it only to "almost near rock hard" because your brain gets in the way! Just do some reading, enjoy being young, put silly things out Trust me I'm old; I know these things. God if I was your age again I'd probably be screwing goats!

      Thank you for responding! Keep in mind though, getting a near rock hard boner is only when i clench my pc-muscles and I also have to be seated. Masturbating while being completely relaxed without any contractions, my erections are really soft and bendy, though everything inflates pretty alright, but it's still soft.

      But some reading is what I'll do! Thanks! : )

          You aren't alone with how you masterbate .
          We probably all , have clenched and tensed our bodies to get a nut .

          It seems that you've taken a method as gospel .
          When trying different methods to get off would be more helpful .

          I'd try doing myself as sensually as I could .
          Train your response .
          You have probably been using the same method for years .
          Time to retrain him .

            Hi, Try getting in bed with a women, naked, OK a very simple thing to write, but its here that things will start to happen, don't be to keen on intercourse, but foreplay is the thing you need and lots of it.
            Sitting down to get an erection is not the best way, as a young man you should be able to get an erection form any position, this were lots of foreplay will come in, laying, standing, kneeling or even in the shower, its doing this that will or should get rid of your hang ups, I think you have some hang ups?
            Do you get either nocturnal erections or morning woods, there's nothing like waking up with a real good boner, do you get these?
            But your young forget pills for erections, if you get out and do some weight lifting this will give some natural testosterone, get this going and you get some good erections the natural way, but get naked and get with a women.

              I get morning semis, and that's all I get, they are never better than that. I've been lifting for almost a year now, no improvement there either.

                  Hi Short Timer, Here some of the things I take, it in a post I put together for guys under 35, now you may think its a lot, but its a lot cheaper than Viagra, and hopefully get you back up fully and erect.
                  Just in case I'm not on here for a while mail me.
                  But some things, simple things you could try are Cayenne, Garlic and Ginger.
                  OK the Cayenne mix in tomato paste and thin with olive oil, mix to a heat that suits you, this you take 3 small spoonfuls 3 times a day, the Garlic a whole head and cloves chopped very fine, again mix with olive oil and dryed parsley, and mix one spoonful on top of the cayenne and take together, wash down with water, and take daily on the 5 days with below, and last the Ginger this I keep in the freezer, grate down a pile to the size of a large egg, put in a mug with a slice if lemon, either micro wave 30 sec or just add tea black or green, green is best for ED, add some honey, all the Cayenne, Garlic, Ginger, and the Green tea are all good for your blood and its flow down below and all should help with your erections, you can google them for more info, just add ED to them.
                  With this you could either try some Tribulus a herb , will help with your testosterone, boost your libido and energy levels.
                  The Tribulus takes around 8 weeks to get to full power, and after the 8 weeks cut down to 5 days out of 7, the reason for this if you keep taken 7 days a week, then they wont work the way we want them to, OK

                  If you can get hold of some herbal Tribulus, I mean in its dried plant form, make a 2 pint tea pot with green tea and let it steep over night, and drink with Ginger, lemon and honey through the next day, after the first 2 mugs refresh the pot to full with boiling water, and it will last the day well, or save some for the next day.

                  Now one last thing is L-Arginie, if you want to take this its called the poor mans Viagra, and will do the something as it increase’s your nitrates, nitrates help with erections, but just start on 500mg a day and see how it goes.
                  For me this is now working well.
                  Once you get on this and its working, you will know if its working if you start getting nocturnal erections and morning woods back, see how your getting on and take a weeks break after 8 weeks, its a way these things work.
