Sounds very much like CPPS (chronic pelvic pain syndrome.) it is caused by overuse of the pelvic muscles as all those muscles work in conjunction even with your abs (which is why you feel pain there) STOP EVERYTHING NOW FOR 3 weeks before you end up with full blown CPPS and won't be able to be back where you used to be without an insane amount of physical therapy which usually is NOT covered by insurance.............ur urethra is hurting because this dysfunction of muscles in the pelvis can refer pain to the pelvis. STOP NOW, and take a BIG break. No trying to get boners OR kegeling or it WILL get worse.........you don't want that. Don't exercise. Get into hot baths eat HEALTHY no processed foods (to lessen the inflammation) even put Epsom salts in your bath as magnesium helps muscles function correctly. DONT FUCK AROUND with this condition or you WILL be sorry...........it is a nightmare. and I have it too............................................try to lay down a lot and apply heat to your groin area. DO NOT tense up your abs or glutes as those muscles work in conjunction with pelvic floor and you can make it worse...........................RELAX you aren't to the point of no return...........also try to sit with good posture and do NOT remain seated too long as this puts ALOT of stress on the pelvic floor........

GoingForGold - If I dont do PE for size gains anymore then whats the point of doing it at all? I mine as well just cut it out of my life...I mean im not a bad size right now (6.75 nbpel 7.1 bpel) and (5.25 EG mid shaft) and all of that is pretty much what I started out with, maybe small gains from good EQ..I would like to get to at least 7 or 7.5 nbpel and a good 6 in erect girth...idk but this all realy depresses me, and I know its all my own doing but Im gonna have to see what happens and go very slow with everything

Mr.Friend -- After a few days of this I can now get a good erection spontaniously (when im sleeping or looking at something) but my lower abs and my balls/kegel muscle feels unconfortable.....I got my self L Glutamine and L Lysine, L arginine and Vitamin E and zinc to help heal me up and I also have been taking 2 advils before bed and have been taking hot baths..Now that being said, do you think I will recover well and if and when should I return to PE exercizes again?? thanks so much for the help.

I just got a bottle of Sacred Earth warming lotion to use when Im doing PE, and it has cinnamon essential oil in it and is supposed to bring your blood to were ever u massage it into..and when I use it I get a cold tingling feeling like when I masturbate. and when I jerk off and I use too much It burns..and when im done edging or masturbating it kind of turtles..but I do see my viens r more promonent after a few days....but im scared that the cinammon might be damaging and burning something in my penis and can either shrink it or do nerve damage, even tho its all natural..should I keep using it and see what happens or dont even try it?...I thought it would be a good Idea to jelq and edge with something that enhances bloodflow. and I hear cinnamon is good for libido...but Idk, thanks for the help.

If it burns, irritates your skin or leaves a painful rash then of course it's no good but if it doesn't and just leaves a warming sensation then I don't think it would be bad

Why would there be cinnamon in a lube?
