    Hello,

    I'm not sure if this is quite the right place to post this, but I feel like it's a few issues. First, my goal is to have a better erection quality. I'd like to focus in that area, but I don't know which exercises are meant for that.

    Second, I'd like to know if this is strange, but when I kegal while erect I tend to lose my erection. Is this a normal thing? Does it go away?

    Finally, I seem to be having trouble keeping it up during sex. I have no trouble getting it up in the beginning, but I seem to take a really long time to cum (which is okay with me so long as I do). Then after a while I tend to go flaccid. I didn't let it bother me until it happened during our first round last weekend. I'm usually good for at least one without issues, but this has me worried. I'm only 25, so I don't think I should be experiencing these problems.

      I hear ya. Been there, done that. Here is what helped me, maybe it can help you:

      Yeah EQ is everything.

      If you are new to PE start jelqing daily. If your penis is already conditioned, try some more advanced girth routines. Either way, girth work makes your cock stronger and harder, thus improving EQ. In the mean, instead of jerking off, learn to balloon. Ballooning is amazing. It helps your brain and penis get in sync. With practice, ballooning will make you able to get and maintain strong erections with minimal stimulation. If you throw in a few reverse kegels while you balloon - WOW - your penis really swells up. The sucky part is that you don't cum when you balloon. But the results are worth it.

      Yes, kegeling will make your erection softer. The longer you kegel, the softer your dick gets. I do believe a healthy penis has strong kegel muscles, and I do do my kegels, but I never understood why people think doing kegels makes better erections. My best erections happen if I never kegel at all. Interesting.)

      When having sex, it is normal to cum within 10 minutes. Anything longer than that means you have some degree of delayed ejaculation. And DE really sucks. If it takes you too long to cum, your gf will eventually not want to have sex as often. That's a serious problem, for me anyway. DE means your penis isn't sensitive enough. To sensitize your penis you must stop jerking (and if you do jerk then NEVER use the death grip). If you are circumsized, consider regeneration your foreskin (that is what I did. My sensitivity returned and my DE vanished.)

      All this must be done without porn. Learn to do these techniques by using your imagination. Never rely on porn to get or stay hard because you will create a dependency - creating weak erections and delayed cumming when having real sex with a girl.

      Oh yeah, try not to cum without having sex. Save yourself for your girl. If you can save yourself and only get off with your gf, damn, your penis will jump up with joy every time she walks in the room, and cumming will be easy.

      You don't have to do this stuff forever. Just until your problems are solved. I'd say 3 months ought to do.

        Kegels and Reverse Kegels strengthens and balances the pelvic floor muscles as they encompass the inner base of the penis and allow for better erections by pumping/controlling blood flow to the penis.

        Performing a strong kegel especially a long one, will tire out your muscles and fatigue your penis thus cause erection loss.

          Boa, I don't watch porn anymore. I had a brief relapse before I started dating my girlfriend, but that was about 6 weeks ago. Before that I was off for about 2 months. So in general, no I don't watch porn.

          Draggin, thanks for your detailed post. I will start jelqing and ballooning immediately.

          And thank you guys for explaining how kegels work! That might actually be one of the problems. I think I am contracting while having sex.
