Hi everyone, I just registered to PE Gym! I'm very happy to find this website with lots of people with similar problems who can give good advice and stuff like that
Ok, So my question is about Erections. I'm a 19 year old male and I eat a good diet and do plenty of exercise and sports and love to keep fit. However, I'm having problems with erections? I'm not sure if its like a big issue or just all in my mind and anxiety?
I probably masturbate about 7 times a week or more but to Internet Porn only! I'm not sure how long this has been going on for but I have noticed I didn't seem to get as many erections through the day like spontaneous ones? However, when I'm like nearly falling as sleep at night I can feel myself getting a really decent erection and most mornings (not every single one) I wake up with quite a decent erection. If I see like some dirty words written or something like that I kin of get semi hard and in the shower or bath to just thinking about sex can get me a boner. But I don't seem to get any spontaneous one's during the day like I use too or anything like that
After reading on here I'm currently on 1 week and 2 days with Masturbating or watching PornI feel a bit more horny than normal but the erection state is still the same. Do you think watching a lot of porn in my free time and masturbating too much has caused this? Would it be ok to just quit porn for a few months and cut down masturbating to like twice a week and just use my imagination? I know this is a weird question probably and I know people were will have worse things than me so I don't mean to come across arrogant in that respect pleading for help and stuff. But I'd be really grateful for some advice and help

This is almost certainly a large contributor to the problem, if not the entire cause of the problem.

That's great! You are already on your way then. Yes, like I said above, I think the porn and masturbating is the likely cause. Quit porn and masturbate less and give it some time, what you have done so far is good but is not enough, think more like weeks at least to see some results. Be patient, things will get better!
Not weird at all, comes up often actually. You don't come across as arrogant at all by the way.Just a regular dick on a forum all about guys.

Hi and welcome Marcos!
Your 3rd paragraph told me most of what I needed to know. The frequency of masturbation, and more importantly the PORN, are the likely cause of your issues. Porn over time desensitizes many people and leads to losses in erection quality.
You're on the right track--Lay off most, if not ALL porn for a while, and try to cut way back on the frequency of masterbating. My guess is that within a couple of months of this, your EQ will be back up. Also, you might want to add in some kegel exercises to help with blood flow.Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

I wholeheartedly agree with the gentlemen above, PORN addiction and excessive masturbation are the root of your problem.

That's great information thank you!! I have a few more things to ask if that's ok? Last night I had a dream about a kissing a girl and then watching porn (in the dream)! What does that mean!? I think over the years like some weeks I might watch porn like twice a week and then some weeks like 12 times or something!
Since taking a break from Porn and Masturbation I felt the first 7 days I was getting hornier but the last 2 days my libido seems to have dropped and harder to get an erection? How long before I start to see improvements? Can I go back to masturbation at a low frequency (2 times a week without porn) and how much longer should my break from it be? Its on my mind a lot too like everytime I see a girl on tv or in the street or something I keep thinking should I be getting an erection now!? haha! Anyway thank you soo much for your replies you have to understand that i'm very grateful. I would be embarrassed to talk to a doctor or my parents about this kind of thing!

You're already explaing that you have experienced some side effects and that it is coming from porn, well done. Now imagine how much worse it would've been if you watched it for a couple of years more...
Masturbation without porn and imagination is fine. You can do it as much as you want really unless you over-masturbate or over-ejaculate.
I guess I was lucky... I never really got any serious side effects from porn, I started kinda late in my teens and just recently quit. The only problem I got from porn was that I was not able to cum without it, a week later the problem was fixed. I never really lost any hornyness or anything like that, my EQ may have improved a little after quitting.

I just had the biggest erection I've had in ages and it made my confidence go up loads! I literally saw a picture of a girl doing athletics and I got 100% hard for like 20 minutes!? what the hell hahah! Its late night here and that's the first boner if had all day! I'm now on 1 week and 3 days without Masturbating with porn! Tonight when I got my erection I just like put my hand around it and like tapped it and it went solid without masturbating! Im not getting carried away though there is still work to be done. How much longer should I not watch porn and masturbate for? After that big erection I feel I wont to masturbate a lot but definitely not going to!
