    Hello everybody,

    I have been searching the internet frantically for a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to solve my ED problem.

    I began a relationship with a girl last year. We used to have sex frequently, and more than one time per session. First, I had a Premature Ejaculation problem about 30% of the time and erectile dysfunction problem about 5% of the time. After a few months of trying to figure out premature ejaculation doing kegals and breathing while having sex I was able to stop my ejaculation using the exercises. Well what happened after I stopped the ejaculation this one time I lost my erection. After I was unable to get hard a second time like usual. Then more frequently I would lose my erections during our first sexual go around. Even sometimes not getting hard at all. She at first was very upset and not helpful and after it became a problem more than a few times she told me I needed to figure this out. This is when I began to obsess and scour the internet for information.

    For the next few months I had sex with my girlfriend sneaking in viagras before we would have sex.
    After a month I was able to see an endocrinologist where they figured out I had low testosterone levels due to secondary hypogonadism. The doctor started me on clomiphene citrate 25 mg a day. This was a surprising diagnosis because in the beginning of the year I was in body building contestant shape. (Lean and muscular with the use of no testosterone supplements).

    It has been a month since I have started treatment and still are taking small doses of viagra and the use of cock rings to have sex.

    I am skeptical that the low testosterone was effecting my ED in the first place. I never had a problem and it sort of snowballed out of control. I believe a high percentage of my issue is related to some mental blocks.

    I am posting to this forum for support and information. This whole predicament has been mentally devastating to me.

    It is not uncommon for males who attempt MMO or Dry Orgasms (which is an advanced technique that requires training and practice) for the first time to experience loss of erections, and the key then is to not panic and know that this is new to your body and it needs time to adjust, but you got anxious and your girlfriend pressured you thus it turned into a mental problem, try to ignore it and relax.


    Regarding the use of clomiphene citrate, give it more time, it works by preventing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in your body, by blocking the effects of the aromatase enzyme, also some studies suggest that it works best in low doses (~12mg) for men - it was originally invented for women fighting cancer - every other day or thrice weekly, but double check with your doctor before changing the dose.

    Reading around the forum will tell you that most men experience some form of Premature ejaculation or ED throughout their lives, it is not alarming so you should not let this affect you negatively, and if by any chance you watch porn, I highly recommend that you quit, it is a huge contributor to performance anxiety and mental ED as well as Pre-E.

    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.



    Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first!

          Does anyone else have similar issues to me , and have successfully gone back to original function. Any information on overcoming the mental block or performance anxiety?
