I think I have a problem. I'm 24. I have a good diet. I'm exercising alot - I do intense 1 hour workouts ~4-6 times a week (I rest when I feeling my body need to rest). I do weightlifting & trx & kettlebell & running & swimming. I have good diet. I walk everyday for about 30-60 min.
I'm in relationship with very attractive woman. She's very successful with men. She's really hot.
For about a year or so I lost my sex drive - I didn't care then, I had some problems which I had to deal with. Also I noticed I don't have morning erections for year or longer. For some time second round is a nightmare for me. For example - I Had sex in friday evening. I was unable to ejaculate saturday morning after 7 hours of good sleep.
My woman noticed I do not initiate sex more often than once a week. And I realised it's true.
~2-3 years ago (with another woman) I could make 3 rounds at the evening and I used to wake up with morning erection and I attacked her immediately. I had sex almost everyday.
I was 2 weeks ago for 2 weeks holiday... Nothing changed.
She told me she never experienced that she initiate sex more often than her man. She wants more.
What's wrong with me?
Should I visit a doctor?
I'm not 50 years fat old man eatinig fast foods, smoking and drinking...
Give me advice what should I do...

First of all be careful with the remarks about us fat over 50 guys that eat cheeseburgers and drink and stuff. Live long enough you'll get there too.
Your problem does sound like it has to do with stress and anxiety but a good physical from your doc would be he best way to start, just to rule out any kind of metabolic disturbance. The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

You don´t say at all if and how it affects your erection ability (other than mornings). Are you able to get and maintain erections?

By good diet....what exactly do you mean? Tell me what your idea of a good diet is? What's your body fat % ?
This is relevant because it helps give an idea of what your overall composition is and what could be missing.
Any other symptoms OP?
You might want to get blood work done. Usually when you are getting down in body fat % and you are eating healthy you would have some degree of optimal hormone balance, so to me this would be a little alarming. You don't have high BP or anything right?
Could be stress as others have suggested...

I'm able to get and maintain first erection. Second time... I don't even try to. I'm get hard but theres no power there... I can't finish this. Event next day morning as I wrote. It's disturbing...
What's do i mean by good diet?
Protein: 200 g Carb: up to 50 by weekdays, up to 150 by weekends, Fat: 100-150 g, 80 % from low-processed food: chicken, beef, fat fish, dry cottage cheese, nuts, seeds, olive oil, eggs, one fruit per day, fresh vegetables everyday - all I can get, water and green tea, one coffe per day before workout. On weekend I eat one meal I want - pizza or ice creams etc. My bodyfat is about ~12 %. I think its quite good diet. I take vitamins if I eat less vegetables, everyday I take pill with ginseng.
I don't have BP problems. I had it measured by GP few months ago. Everything was fine.
What is OP symptoms?

Why does there even have to be a round 2?? If you have you no trouble getting it up & keeping it up when that special moment comes (unlike a lot of us on these forums), then why not just give her everything you got the first time so you don't have to try again a second time? Just pound the hell out of her and go to sleep! Seriously man, I wish I had your "problem."

bro you are pretty low carb. while one can be so with different amounts and still stay in a ketogenic state - some upwards of 200g a day. I say this because prolonged periods of low carbing can adversely affect numerous bodily hormones. the most simple advice to start with would be to add in at least one high carb day to your week, which will help reignite base hormones. right now your exercise regimen is likely much to high in correlation to your dietary intake. google john kiefers work, he has loads of free information on low carbing and carb cycling and how they physiologically affect the body.

Well that's a pretty balanced diet. I tend to stay on the lower side of carb intake as well.
Bodyfat isn't an issue, so in theory estrogen issues shouldn't present.
Get blood work on your hormones though...but it could be something to do with you either overthinking it...or perhaps you are getting too much stimulation from something.
Which kind of Ginseng are you using?
