You said that you tried lavitra and Ciallis and that they worked very well. From what I understand about venous leaks, this would most likely rule out a venous leak.

Have you tried any blood flow enhancing supplements such as l-arginine, tongkat ali, Gingko Biloba, etc.?

Some guys report that light jelqing also improves blood flow into the penis.

I've tried Korean Red Giseng for a couple months, didn't make a difference at all. After reading about Ginko and the other stuff, I will go to Walmart today and pick some up. What you understand is what I thought too, but after reading on this site, it seems that some have been prescribed viagra type drugs for leaks. Yeah, those drugs- Levitra especially, work unbelievably well- Cialis, not as much as Levitra for me.

Do you have the lab values for your testosterone levels?
Sometimes it doesn't matter if you have what the doc's call "Perfect" levels.(there is no such thing).
But, it's not really about the amount of test you have, it's about the ratio between Testostrone and Estrogen...and free T as well as DHT.
If estrogen is too high or too low it can kill your sex drive and erectile function. If DHT is low or you have a genetic DHT deficiency it can lead to issues, finally on the other end, if DHT is extremely high and estrogen is very low, it can lead to adrenergic dysfunction which can quickly deplete N.O levels and lead to vascular issues.

I don't have the lab values, I just saw the doctor read from his screen the results from my multiple screening blood test. Do you have any recommendation what I can ask from the doctor for such test as you describe here?

There are many many possible causes of ED, many of which science is just now starting to understand. It is very possible that you are experiencing one of these physical causes of ED. Ask your urologist for a sample pack of cialis.

I have been given cialis and it works, Levitra is better for me. I don't see why someone at my age should resort to using these types of drugs without a known reason. I want to know what is wrong with me. I know i waited to long to figure out why, if it were not for the prescription drugs able for over the counter purchase in Mexico, I may have never even gotten this far (some years ago). I now have a prescription from the doctor in Canada, so I don't have to buy from Mexico, but I have no explanation. Urologists require a referral from a doctor, here where I live, they are backlogged over a year (putting cancer patients ahead as it seems this isn't important for them). I will try to get in again.

Tell your MD to get you an endo referral and check..

Chances are though, if Cialis and Levitra work for you...."incredibly well" as you say...your nitric oxide is just a little lower than it should be.

The only likely causes in your case are venous leak / insufficiency. Both of which can be either confirmed or ruled out in the Doppler test. You should consider booking a time directly to the Doppler in private hospital. It is a pricey test, 1000 dollars more or less, but it could finally give you an answer. If nothing is wrong, the only possible help is sexual therapy.
