This could be a part of it; you could be desensitized from overstimulating yourself. Search for death grip. However, I do also think that a large part of it could be performance anxiety, as not2big suggested.

I wish I would have read this part before. Seroquel is a very potent H(1) antagonist and Alpha-1-blocker, it also antagonizes dopamine to some extent. Now while alpha-1-blockade may not cause an issue, it does make you incredibly sleepy...how do you handle it?

The antihistamine effect of seroquel can certainly put a damper on your libido as well. So can the dopamine antagonism....although it was shown in some studies that the antagonism by Seroquel is more selective in target area's and over time increased hypothalamic D(2) receptors. Odd for an antipsychotic.
